I literally simmed my character in full item level 200 gear and then in item level 226 gear. If what you are saying was true, then the difference would be bigger than what the sims have showed it to be.

No. It means that you can put on one piece like this (preferably something with high stats, like a helmet/chest) in order to help yourself out with the early level 60 gearing. The âUnique Equipped: Shadowlands Craftedâ keyword means that you can only wear one piece like this at a time. So, no. Not full set, sadly.
