How are they to sort the queues lol. You chose to play on the busiest eu realm despite the warnings they’ve constantly given you.
What do you propose they do, kick 2000 people off the game so self entitled you gets to play?

open like 3k more slots would be a start
They already did that and it caused the servers to start disconnecting mass people so they quickly reduced the limit again
Bring back the layers ffs!!! Thought this garbage was fixed. I pay money ya da yada yada etc!
What do people expect? Of course the most populated servers will have a queue whenever new content gets out.
2k is not a big deal at all. Stop crying, transfer or quit.
I play on a big server as well with queues from time to time. You still dont see me QQ about it, its my own choice to play here.
Ps: When actual phases gets released, the queues will probably be bigger. So do the math.

Yes, when i went to Gehennas i knew that there will be queues at evenings permanently. Because good half of population there is from old Feenix/Nost/Elysium and they are not moving anywhere. And i like it, i know that realm will be healthy long enough even after i burn out by playing.

The queues are no where near as bad as they were in the first few weeks of launch, and like others have said, you have decided to stay on a busy realm, thus you have decided to accept the queues.
Would be good to have a single realm, that can keep all active player database, but i’m afraid we don’t have that mega computer yet…
The game is not designed to create a “mega-server”. There’s finite and deterministic amount of ressource in the game, and if you have to many people like for example 50k people+ people on the same server you can imagine the problem that will come : there’s not enough ressource for all players. But yeah, it will be fun to have a “mega-server”.
But mega-computer exist. It’s called “cloud” and “distributed computing”. Basicly, it’s multiple and multiple physical server that handle and load distribute the charge with algorithm like round-robin.
