if you actually lose to rogue mage in bfa in 2v2 then you re doing something horribly wrong
Sure rogue/mage is pretty strong but the good part about it is you dont even see so many of them because they arent good.

Ok what i should do as fury warrior and monk healer.
You need to go full defensives. Once they used their opener and you’re still alive they’re dead meat.

Tell me what fury have that is superior then something from mage or rogue in this season.
Fury/mw is indeed a strong 2v2 comp.
Fury is way harder to kite than a Rogue and has better self healing and tankiness.
You guys have no idea, obviously, what is to play against that comp as mw monk, unless your other teammate is rogue or paladin. Yet you talk bs “complaining as fury/mw” blah blah blah, the usual nonsense.
MW/Fury is indeed strong, but is playable against, fights don’t end in 5 seconds in a stun and opener. Against rogue/mage, the monk dies in the opener 99% of the time unless the other team messes up something.
They both come out of stealth, you are both exposed. They freely CC the warrior, while killing the monk in 2 globals.
Strong and non-playable against are different things.
I advise you to play mw/fury, if you think it’s so easy vs those, and come with consistent win stats vs rogue/fire mage, before talking bs.
MW monk can die from a rogue only in KS. With a fire mage, the fight indeed lasts couple of seconds unless they mess up.
You sit here and complain about a comp you will meet about every 100th match-up while yours is ever so present from low to high rating so stop whining and get better. They literally lose instantly if they mess anything up

No matter how often this is met, there shouldn’t exist comps that are unplayable against. Dying in the first couple seconds of a game without being able to do anything, because it’s so scripted and unavoidable, that is disgusting, shouldn’t happen.
I never denied that MW/Fury is strong, but there are many other strong comps. Yet they are playable against. Games vs MW/Fury never end like this. You can play, you can react, you can win in a shorter or longer game, depends on many things.
Rogue/fire mage is a cheesy 1 trick pony stupid setup that should not exist.
There is nothing “get better” in a death in 2 globals, while your buttons are inactive.
Blizzard removed a lot of stupid things in the game, 80k ToDs, Shuriken toss, 60k LoW, toned down damage to specs that overperformed, all in the name of avoiding situations where people die in a blink without the ability to react.
This setup is no different, mostly because of fire mage, but mostly because of the stupid ability to combine super CC with obnoxious damage resulting in insta deaths.
And if you think it’s about “git gut”, maybe then you think the blizzcon champ needs to “git gut”, you may teach him, because even he has died especially when he plays on his monk by this same setup even in 3v3 where it’s “easier” to survive it.
I say you get better or even, have some dignity and stop playing/defending this cheesy comp and play something where the enemy can hit you back before you kill him in 2 globals.
Idk dude, if you really think rogue mage in 2v2 is a comp that cannot be beaten then your real issue is indeed getting better, not that particular comp in itself. I haven’t played the comp myself once this season so idk why you automatically assume that it is what I queue
Have you considered the fact that your own comp is something that certain other specs cannot win against?
Edit: I do however agree that fire needs a serious nerf, don’t know why it hasn’t yet
Edit2: I defend that comp because it’s one of the very few left where one mistake will very likely cost you the whole game, quite opposed to what you’re queueing which is why I don’t understand how you manage to bring up the energy to complain about it, let alone the fact it is such a rare sight
Or you just suck? I’m a mw and I got zero problems with rogue/mage in 2s, even when playing with a fury warrior. Survive the opener and you win.
If they go on you, trinkit the first stun, and pop all your defenses (I take birdy over totem against double dps teams), and you shouldnt die. Your war should trinkit the first sheep or blind, and stun/fear them.
If they go on the warrior, he should trinkit the first stun and pop all defenses. Focus the mage to stop sheeps on the mage. Time spell reflect so he uses it a fraction before the GP cast is done, and the mage might just kill himself on the spell reflect. MW trinkits the first CC after the sap (it should be a blind), and just pop cocoon+birdy+ focus mana tea (the interrupt immunity thing).
Post videos of your 100% win rate vs that comp oh mighty better than blizzcon champ monk, cause i watched enough videos of cdew or other high rated monks dying in the opener or even if they manage to somehow survive, after that cause they have 0 CDs.
Heck, I watched live some of his streams when he was on the monk, where he splashed flat in the opener.

Ok first do i meet this comp every 100 games in arena no i dont, there a lot of this 2 above 2000 that it is almost comical, every day i fight at least two comps that come and ruin my day often me and my healer just want to leave before arena even start and we always have hope of win so we do not leave, my problem is lack of control over situation, when you fight this 2, you feel like you could not do anything when you lose, am I saying that fury and mw are bad comp no, i like how they play, even when i am more fine with shamans but dont tell me that fury is tankier then rogue because its not, just because its plate do not count s***t, regeneration is wasted if you cant hit target (evasion) and you cant reach mage in 5 sec anyway, warrior easy to kite, if you cant kite warrior you are doing something wrong especially if you play mage, there is no warrior that feel good when they face mage in arena, and thats for a reason, nerfs that mage gets in 8.1 are mostly for paladin warrior and dk because there is no way for this 3 classes to feel good fighting frost or fire mage(well arcane too), + not to mention that only 3 classes that can kill anybody in 2 globals and in 5 sec are rogue and mages+shamans (if they can get lucky), there is no way to compare rogue and mage to warrior if you lose in 1v1 situation vs warrior even if you have 20% of hp and warrior is full, you are bad player no 2 ways about it warrior have no chance without healer, and if healer is under have cc and warrior can use his deff right because he cant touch anybody of this 2 (mage/rogue) I reached 2100 cr this season won every comp some are easy to win some are hard to win(survival/disc) some if find balanced(disc/rogue that i won more then I lost) but this comp i never won no matter when i do good mage and good rogue cant be won with warrior and monk
You are 1900 rated with one of the most broken 2s classes currently, therefore you are doing something wrong. There is a reason why this comb is nowhere to be seen on higher ratings.
Just because YOU can’t win doesn’t mean that this comb needs a nerf
