Since introduction of in game voice players from russian speaking servers have huge advantage when they face EU mixed team. I know russian players dont hesitate to join voice even in random battleground. I’m tierd of constatnt losses. If you are from Activision Blizzard company try to talk about it in your dailies, plannings. Fixing it would make many players happier I know it. I’m not hardcore player and I like bgs, all of them also arenas. Sadly for bgs especialy 40 man aka “epic BG” certain Subregion merged to EU few years ago has advantage over rest of EU. We all know now players from servers with Cyrillic alphabet have specific conditions when in match making system. They will always join full russian team only because of this one thing. Cyrillic is different from other in EU. Pls introduce something to counter it, make russian servers again separate region like China, NA, Europe etc. or put in game option for players to not que against russian teams. I dont mind lose a game but facing team with obvious, unfair advantage is very frustrating. Good we have arenas where i can chill and play in smaller pvp format. Otherwise it would be insta unsub from me.

Russian servers from the very beginning were created in the European region, any European player could see them when he switched to any other servers (French, German) and play on these servers.

Russia is not proportionally populated and the majority of the population of Russia lives in the European part of Russia.
This is the same as saying, let the European players play against the China or NA, it will be stupid because it will be too high ping.

Germans and French play same as Russian players, the French only play with the French, the Germans only with the Germans.
They also have an advantage!

- For example, the Arena Skirmish, where Russian and European players play together.

Lol idk which is my main character, my will to play this game after all this years is slowly decaying. If nothing change it will end for sure, all my friends stopped already. Since WoD i kinda mess around arenas, BGs (mainly) dungeon finder, and sometimes normal or hc raid of present patch. I have 20 characters and my main character on forum change without my knowledge. I’m sorry you thought other and took it that way. Recently I waste alot of time loosing against russian teams today was a peak 4 games in a row against russian teams.

Thats becouse more and more people are leaving WoW and if you want to face a non russian team you should prepare for a big queue. Something like 15 minutes and more.
It doesn’t surprise me. German Alliance is currently in a pretty bad state in random BGs, so there isn’t much incentive to queue. I do it for another 3 honor levels and then I will probably bow out, too, because the losing streaks are rather un-fun. I don’t know what it’s like for EN and FR Alliance, though.

He’s not accusing Russians of cheating or foul play, he’s accusing Blizzard for lopping vastly different cultures together and assume nothing will go wrong
Considering a lot of Europeans are opting out of EBGs entirely because they dont enjoy the meta most Russians team enforce, premade or not. You can counterpost all you want but if its not adressing that problem then all youre really doing is loudly posting about the problem without properly describing/understanding it

This is subject to opinion. If you say there is no problem that simply means you see no problem.
Personally, if I had too choose between winning an 1 hour AV or losing a 1 hour AV, my choice would fall on /afking out and doing something else that’s actually rewarding enough to do for an hour.
We’re never alone in how we feel about something so there are probably others who feel the same way, this is probably not your problem but it is my problem

If anything, I admire how Russians can stick to a winning tactic that drags out a game to a point where I would feel urged to toss myself out of a window half way through

People talking that it is not fun to play mixed team vs Russian team (also vs German too, but Russian teams stronger overall, so most topics about them). So what your git gut for here? Dev should do something with this or even more players leave this game.

The problem with russians is that, in many games, strange things happen. In all internet games people are tired of russians. You can enter other games forums and everyone complaints about them. Even years ago when i played dota in warcraft 3, russians where instantly kicked. Nobody wants to play with them

Haven’t seen in initial post any proposals towards French and Germans. Flagging post as inappropriate due to incitement for discrimination.
Wish there was an option in settings which specifies which regions Id like to face in pvp. Clearly I would untick anything cyrillic.
I just can not understand why german, french and russian servers are not mixed whit the rest, communication is like 0 in random bgs anyways, so it would not be a problem at all.
