Sadly my the hair around my neck doesn’t grow so wild as his.
Time to do them old raids - with several characters. In morning you go day job, at evening you pull farm in good ol’ MMORPG like in old days.
dance naked on top of a mailbox
Last 2 months or so i am only doing ap/gold emissaries, gold mission table and mythic brf raid (for mount) on 5 chars (only 2 have 70 neck). This gives me 80-100k gold per week. There are least 7 months till shadowlands prepatch i guess, most likely even more. With this very low activity (less than hour each day) i will make up to 3m gold. Add more chars and/or more wod raids/raid difficulties and you will have required 5 million without any kind of no-lifing.
That works only if you stream as well or are famous. People will ignore you if you are a “pleb” . Most of the time people give him gold just for attention. Unfortunately not everyone is famous so your method is not valid unless someone is generous enough to donate gold to random people
Goldshire
or boosting
It actually may work. I myself pay people several thousands of gold if they dance naked for me.
Bruh, it’s just guy, roleplaying being wanted.
Step 1. Buy a token.
Step 2. Install Tradeskillmaster.
Step 3. Install Tradeskillmaster app.
Step 4. Buy a Tradeskillmaster subscription.
Step 5. Become rich.
Step 6. Buy the bruto, the spider, everyother costly thing in the game and still have about 10 to 50 millon gold.
Step 7. Buy a full mythic clear.
Step 8. Convince people that the game isn’t P2W.
Through just these 8 steps you can accomplish what will take others a gigantic amount of time and effort by just afking infront of the AH.
Viva la p2w game.
From personal experience joining a guild that boosts mass heroic runs and sells jaina mounts can make you alot of gold. I was making 150k gold a week from heroic boosts alone. If you manage to sell a mythic run ,especially a mythic mount, that’s another few 100k for little work. But by far the best way to make gold is just spamming m15 boosts. I think I made 500k in a single day at one point just selling +10s. (This was a while ago) It might be a little less effective now.
I wanted to buy some fel iron (from tbc) and was shocked there was next to nothing for sale. What was sold was crazy expensive.
So I spent 5 minutes doing 1 round in Hellfire Peninsula and got like 100 pieces of it. Didn’t need any more (and am already cold-capped), but there’s some big money in gathering old ores (and herbs).
I add this series from Wowhead that I had forgotten about.
It’s above my pay-grade, since I’ve been out of the loop all of BfA, but seems very sensible as far as I can tell.
Jumping right into the transmog market is one of the most unwise things you can do when you have no idea what you’re doing. Transmog items typically sell very slow, with weeks or months before you sell them. Unless you have hundreds of items to sell, don’t expect even a sale per day.
Look into other markets or farm a lot. Or sell boosts. Plenty of ways to get gold.
This break down helps people to take more rational approach and still aim for the mount.
I hear if you go down to Stormwind harbour, there are sailors in need of … let’s say favours
That would be Goldshire in the Elven Forest and they are not always sailors, but they do need favors.
But they won’t pay for it in Goldshire. Everyone just gives it away for free
Why tho…
Dont buy it! AH will remove so it is not worth!
Played the game for a very long time, change of flavour , horde and Alliance.
Not to mention before the nerfs TW dungeons + heirlooms were giving insane amounts of EXP. 110-120 it was 1 dungeon per level upto 117. Then 2 dungeons from 117-119 , then 3x dungeons to 120. So about 2-3 hours leveling time only.
