Jeremie’s pets are overpowered, 2 of his pets revive with 20% health my one revives with 1%. His pets do half of the health of my pets with one hit and attack always first sometimes twice. It’s impossible to beat him atm, not with rare pets. Weaker pup, Nelthara, Sundarter, and impossible to beat him. Even when I use Taptaf, it’s the same story.
I did it with Spyragos + Nelthara + Wicker pup.
It took several tries because there is some RNG. If you manage to stun the pets, Jeremie will switch and you need to also switch as the same time to retain the type advantage.

Im pretty sure youre the only player that finds this impossible.

I had 0 pets suitable for this fight, and went out to collect the Snowclaw cub, Spyragos and Gizmo the Pure. Used three stones to level them up to 25 and just did the fight.
Did loose a pet or two, but managed to beat him on the first attempt.
Yes his pets hit hard if you have the wrong setup, but its not impossible, especially with the cub’s flash freeze and Spyragos’ deep breath.
The only dangerous pet is the tank he uses with the stun.

Nothing works, his pets are epic as mine are rare I have almost all of the pets and no combination works.
Did you follow any of the posted strategies?
Note, there is SOME RNG involved with the stun, but the posted strategies should help you get through.
I hope he uses the same pets he uses in Darkmoon Faire as they get steamrolled every battle…

You must be doing something wrong, I’m afraid. I don’t do pet battles normally and got this done on the second attempt after only narrowly failing first time round. I used Spyragos, Nelthara and Wicker Pup all at level 25 and upgraded Wicker Pup to Rare quality. All upgrades done with battle stones purchased from vendor.

Iv never done pet battles. I got 2 (had the third) of the suggestes pets and leveled them to 25 in about 3 hours.
Took me 3 or 4 tries to bet the guy in what was my first fight against something else free range critters. So I dont think its overtuned,maybe check up on tactics etc?
…not sure if you have these pets as I did struggle initially, bit of patience and I got there following this guide

I have other problem, I can’t get the quest.
I have double checked pre-requisites and beat him in pet battle now 15 times. No quest given!
The fourth “lamp” is on (all 4, made them in order).
I got pets as I should… I will beat him with 2 pets alive, no freaking quest !!!

I did it on my first try.
My strat:
Tapfaf 1;1;1
Terky 1;1;2
Wicker Pup 1;1;1
Start with Tapfaf, slow the eye (keep him slowed on cooldown), use the basic attack and Pig Out to heal when you fall below 90% HP. Repeat until Tapfaf is dead.
Enter Terky. Use Acid touch and then Stampede until the Tonk is dead.
Finally, Wicker Pup. Use Ghostly Bite (the monkey will always stun on first turn, so he wastes his stun which is great!), then attack followed by consume corpse. Attack one more time and Ghostly Bite to finish.

I used this combination too and it took 2-3 tries for everything to line up correctly and win. Sticking to the wowhead guide should award a win if you have the patience to insist a little bit

- use ghostly brazier
- reset all instances
- reload game
- do battle, won
- …no quest
…crap…

Are you using any addons that auto-accept quests or auto-talk to NPCS etc?
If yes, disable them
Any ideas why I don’t get the quest for the muffin after defeating Jeremy?

Spyragos, Neltharra, Wicker Pup…I just can’t get that dang monkey dead before my wicker pup dies and rezzes 
“Recommended team”, huh? 
At the end of the day I just obliterated his team with Lil’Deathwing, Lil’Frostwing and Spyragos out of pure, unfiltered HATE xD
But of course that didn’t help in any way as that won’t unlock the quest
