For that amount you should get trash blade, ring and boots from rotgrip.

My understanding, you only pay if it drops otherwise you don’t.

Personally i’d happily just wear green quest items, than pay for a boost.

Paying 50g for a princess kill is supporting a toxic culture that have happened in the new spellcleave-meta because apparently people cant do anything by themselves anymore…

not a chance, vanilla was not like this the first time around. People grouped up and where just happy to be going! Now it seems like wow is full of capitalists! Not that making some gold is wrong, but this just feel cheap to me.

The thing that bothers me the most is not the fact that anyone would charge people to do it, but rather the fact that it seems people are unable to do anything themselves anymore…

Yeah, it was.
People not only paid for tanks and boosts, they paid for door openings (made a fair profit from UBRS myself) and rights to certain loot.
“I can’t remember it/I didn’t notice it” is not the same as “That didn’t happen”.

Well i’m not paying a spell cleave, i paid a hunter to do it

What server are you on? Over on Firemaw, princess drops are around 15-25g each.

No, it isn’t. It’s saving you time finding a friend to duo farm a boss with. I think paying some randomer 15-25gold is much less toxic than bothering a friend to run a low level dungeon how ever many times.

This sounds like it would make for an amusing grey drop. Thrash blade is a quest reward so there’s no rng involved. You will get it.

Maybe it wasent self explanatory that I ment to get the quest done as well. To get more value of the gold.

I am just amazed how gold greedy players can be

They are spending valuable time at their evenings playing with people they wouldn’t want to play with otherwise

Time is not even money, its gold in a video game

I think anyone paying is likely to be doing more than one run and can safely consider the quest a gimme.

The low level dungeon is doable at low levels with an apropriate group in half an hour.
Its not hard to find groups.

But people would rather pay someone who is not interested to do it, rather than doing it themselves.

Where you’d find a group of people who all want the same item as you, resulting in you having to run the dungeon around 8-15 times just to get it.

Or you could pay a hunter 15g to get the item for you.

If the person getting paid to run Mara wasn’t interested in Mara, they wouldn’t bloody run it, would they?

Do you actually bother thinking before you type?

If you need to pay someone to be your friend, are they your friend?
…
Think before you post, yourself…

Finding a group and doing maraudon is easy.
Getting drops from maraudon is RNG based, so yes, you might need to do it more than once.
Filling your group with people you know need the same gear as you do is probably not the smartest thing to do if you only want the loot.

Now scuttle back to your basement.

All i would give for asking 50g for boosting a dungeon run is a spot on my ignore list.

They don’t play with you, they just master loot you an item if it ends up dropping during a run that they would be solo farming anyway.
