7th Legion Reputation has reset

My 7th Legion reputation has reset. I know I used to have it, I have the exalted tabard as proof on the character.

Please do fix this bug if you plan to add furniture to the game retroactively. I would be really upset if I had to farm this reputation again. Right now, I have no access to the vendor either. Reputations are a huge time investment, and losing user data like this is a critical bug.

Edit: I can see the Exalted achievement now, but my reputation is still at Friendly.

Edit 2: It seems you have also managed to lose a whole expansion worth of reputation of some people:

Shadowlands Reputation reset

Since the last patch, all reputations with the Shadowlands factions that got converted to warbound have been reset to neutral or are missing entirely. The reputations that remained character-specific are still at the right amount. The achievements for exalted are all still present.

If you plan to add furniture retroactively to the game in player housing, then it is critical that you fix this. Why should we bother farming reputations in the future if you lose our user data and progress of the past? This is very demotivating.
