There was but it was removed the moment 11 AM CET passed. Mod said they added a new message for UK Language (I have English UK as a language in Bnet) but there is no new message.

Also: Why is there no notification in any other language than EnglishUK?

Speculation at best. Routine maintenance does NOT take this long each time.

This is abnormal.

What is most jarring about it is that the Battle.Net launcher doesnt say maintenance is ongoing. No banner, No fly-out notification, and no yellow warning triangle communicating anything is not running like it usually does when maintenance is expected.

So please dont patronise us with your made up theory as to what work is being undertaken.

If they did that every week, you’d expect them to have been able to restore the guilds banks they wiped this time last year or thereabouts.

Gross over-simplification. In game bugs vs server maintenance are not the same thing.

Usually when you do a lengthy maintenance you inform the customers.

EU servers now showing in ‘sever status’ my server is showing online, but still the same message when trying to log in, and no banner about delayed maintenance.
