Aye, it even says that on Wowpedia. But he spends most of his time in the Trade District, he even idles around there for what I can only assume is us imagining he’s doing his “crying”.

I followed the NPC around and hate myself for it.

It’s actually more likely he idles in Trade district because he is a quest giver; and the majority of non-roleplayers have little reason to go wandering around the city.

You wouldn’t suggest it knowing exactly why role-players avoid it like the plague.

I know those straws are really hard to grasp because you are against role-plays you can’t control. Maybe you can join others like Morrowburn in trying to stop role-plays?

His quests are associated with the Heroes Callboard, which yes is all the more reason for him to stick around, but it also helps with his town crying since he’s doing it right next to the callboard itself.

Canonically, the Trade District is the best location for any sort of information spreading like being a Town Crier.
