I’ll keep this thread as well for visibility rather than merging them, but for more info and updates about this please see:

In the meantime, could I please ask anyone currently affected by this to try the stuck character self-service option linked from this page and let me know how that goes: Should that fail, don’t hesitate to make a ticket and a Game Master should be able to help get the char back in action.
