The Kaldorei are closely tied to nature, and as the cycle turns, the spring equinox marks the birth and beginning of spring. A time not for harvest, but appreciation of what nature will grow into with the returning daylight.
A holiday with a heavier emphasis on religion than other festivals, Imbel is celebrated by both Druids and the Sisterhood alike. The theme for the holiday is renewal and growth, and we invite you all to come and partake in this special evening of reverence and worship.

The spring equinox marks a night where light and dark are on equal terms, but it also signifies a shift in season. As we enter the lighter half of the year, we offer praise and thanks to the Night Warrior for watching over us during the darker half of the cycle bid her farewell as she makes way for the White Lady.
Imbel is a time of light and new growth, and as such it is one of the best times to embark on a new venture. In light of this, we will offer the chance to ask for the Goddess’ blessings and protection upon a new undertaking, a new beginning, or a new relationship.
Dream Catchers are not only to ward off nightmares. They can also be used to store dreams, wishes, and hopes for the future. To that end we will be offering a workshop where all attendees will be given the opportunity to create their own dream catcher that they can then use as a focus for their own hopes and wishes for the year ahead.

With a new season of growth fast approaching, it is high time to plant your own seeds for the year ahead. While planting new seeds will help nature’s growth and future bounty, it is also a symbol for your own year. What trees, flowers, herbs or other plants will symbolize your wishes and hopes for the year ahead?
We close our Imbel celebration with a ritual dedicated to the White Lady’s rebirth and to the return of the light and the warmer season.
Schedule:
20:00 Opening Ceremony
20:30 Blessings/ Workshop / Seed Planting
22:00 Closing Ritual
We kindly ask you to keep in mind that this is supposed to be a festive occasion and refrain from disrupting it in ways that might interrupt the activities planned for the event. Unexpected invasions and the likes can be great fun, but we feel that they do not belong during this type of celebratory event.
