[A][Outland]Shaman looking for M+ guild

Resto Shaman, looking for a guild that runs mythic+ keys.

I do not raid or plan to so i usually run mythic+ dungeons.
As per now the highest key i have done is a +8.

I am sick and tired of running with pugs that are so hit and miss, i even have had people in +7 that did not know simple mechanics of the instance and its driving me as a healer insane.
