Whatās this? Even more events? Please welcomeā¦
With everything that has befallen the night elves, itās likely everyone have lost someone close. There are moments to look back, and moments to push forward. The event is split into two parts:
Remembrance in Belāameth, organized by Hidani Stardew (Acronaās alt). On this occasion, people are invited to hang up hand-crafted ornaments on a wisteria tree, in remembrance of someone theyāve lost.
People are welcome to say a few words about the person theyāre remembering. After a week, the ornaments will be moved to the grove where the Revival ceremony is held.
- To ensure this part of the event proceeds at a nice pace, we ask players to prepare their item description emote, and the possible short speech, ahead of time!
- It would be lovely if people summoned some Wisp companions as the remembrance occasion proceeds. Since Amirdrassil wisp NPCs are limited to elves who perished during the Fourth War, the summoned wisps would most likely represent the spirit of someone perished during the Fourth War who the attendee knew, or an unknown wisp drawn over from the boughs like a curious onlooker. Regardless, the event is for honoring lost loved ones no matter when they passed on.
After the remembrance, a procession takes the attendees to the next area:
Revival ceremony is held on a sheltered grove outside Belāameth, organized by Morningtide and Tiaryn!
In the theme of renewal, a beautiful ceremony will be held to inspire the attendees to nurture Amirdrassil as they obtain a seed for planting.
- Players are encouraged to bring a lantern item that will be used during the Revival ceremony.
Date: Friday 2nd February, 8pm Server Time
Location: Starting in Belāameth
No signing up in advance. If phasing is active, a raid group will be formed & filled on a first come, first served basis.
Additionally! Thereāll be a workshop event organized by Morningtide on Saturday 27th January, where characters may work on the remembrance ornaments in a social setting, with a variety of crafting materials provided such as beads, threads and woodcarving tools.
