F.A.Q

What is Ashenvale Autumn?

Ashenvale autumn is a community initiative made to bring life to Ashenvale, and to brighten a classical region to the Kaldorei during a few weeks during September. It is an open initiative that mixes casual roleplay, events, ceremonies and more to offer a varied and relaxed experience in the heartlands of Kalimdor. It is organised by the Nightblades, who offer a few events per week as a baseline, yet the schedule is open for other organisers to add what they feel would make for a fun experience for the community and the setting.

Who are welcome to partake?

This is an Alliance side event initiative, and specifically made to promote RP within the alliance community in Kalimdor in general, and the Kaldorei community in particular. Whilst we do like our horde friends, this event initiative is closed for the Horde side.

What is an event? What can be added to the schedule?

An event can be big or small, easy or complicated, casual or more involved – essentially, whatever you feel like! From the getgo, the baseline offered events range from ceremonies, pilgrimages, combat events, sparring games and more organised casual nights. We welcome anything that might fit the setting, from merchants visiting Astranaar, to storytelling evenings, to DMed events… The list is long!

May I host an event? Where do I start?

Absolutely! If there is space in the schedule, you have an idea and want to arrange something, simply get in touch and we will set you up on the schedule! The more the merrier. No matter if it is big or small, we are happy to have other event organisers bring their flair to Ashenvale Autumn. If you want to host an event, simply write in the thread, contact us via discord or in-game messages! This thread will be kept alive with details as the weeks pass.

I want to play an event! Do I have to sign up?

No – Ashenvale Autumn is open to all Alliance characters, and the vast majority of events are open to all and sundry. DMed events might however come with a cap on attendees to not make matters overly complicated for the DM. If that is the case, spots are first come, first serve IC.

Should you have any questions, any ideas, want to host an event - simply get in touch here or in-game. We can also be found in the Amirdrassil Discord!
