Re-balance the content to account for the extra 2 dps.

1 healer to heal 7 people either means the mechanics are not hard hitting and a joke, or they’re awfully designed sudden 1 shots.
Healers are expected to heal a certain amount of people.
That’s why you see common raid sizes of 2-2-7 or 2-3-9, because healers can comfortably heal that.
If healers are expected to heal 7 then you’d be looking at 2-2-9 raid sizes. PVP would be weird then too. Literally the entire game would need restructuring.

Nah, they’d have to heal the same amount, just increase the hp of mobs and not dmg, just increase it enough but make sure they can sustain a bit more.
Well … you can also motivate more people to be tanks and healer, so DPS queue decrease
Enemies also do AoE and party wide damage.
Motivate?
Some don’t like watching bars all day.
Some want to compete against other players, as a tank you don’t do that.
This “just go healer/tank” stuff is nonsense, if dps wanted to heal/tank, then they’d already be doing that.

Instead of doing 35k dmg total over 10 seconds to 5 people, meaning unavoidable 700 dmg per second to each player.
Have the enemy do 35k dmg total over 10 seconds to 7 people, meaning unavoidable 500 dmg per second to each player.

Last time i checked, there is only 1 tank in an instance.
And this is the simplest solutions .
even if you add 5 more places, there would still be too much DPS and it would be the same problem.

Tanks don’t compete on details/recount of the dungeon, they compete for global scores.
Tanks are some of the most competitive bunch out there.
Nothing is a definitive solution, this would alleviate it.

that if you refuse to heal/tank and only care about pew pew dps, then you have to live with more competition, longer queue times etc…
don’t be trying to make tanking/healing an even worse experience
I’m not max level, but I did a normal dungeon with the statchel, I got 1k gold! 1k gold for just a normal dungeon, I was one happy camper
