About boosting

Let me just throw this in here:

BOOSTING = BOOSTING. If you’re boosting in Classic WoW, you’re saying that it’s okay to use Blizzard’s services to boost to 58 in TBC. Doesn’t matter about currency.

If anything, you’re making it worse to new Classic players, because the LFG chat is full of boosting services, and you basically can’t even find low level dungeons any more.

Don’t be a dick, play Classic WoW as it was meant to be played.

As it was meant to be played? I thought this was a sandbox where we were given spells and abilities, a large open world, a broad rule set, a player driven economy and our imagination, ingenuity and player skill would define the rest.

If I’ve levelled 6 chars, I might want to use the gold I’ve earned to boost the 7th in dungeons, that’s player economy. Stop telling people how they should enjoy a game.

Doesn’t matter about other players, huh? Just as long as you, an individual is having a good playing experience.

That does seem to be what you’re saying, seeing as your saying other people should level a certain way because you enjoy that, yes.

First time I’ve seen anyone saying they “enjoy boosting”. But whatever.

Boosting is bad for the game for everyone, including retail.
Monetized boosting for real money and in game boosting.

It can be more enjoyable than your 7th or 8th trip through old content. Your beef here is people not playing how you want them to because it impacts your enjoyment, that’s cool, just be honest.

What about people who want to do dungeons normal way instead of boosting? They literally can’t, because they can’t find groups because of boosting. Some people even don’t have a choice.

I mean, depends on your server I guess. On mine there are more legit groups running than boosted ones.

waste of time to play with em my dude

leveling is boring thus the path of least resistance will always be what the majority take

I’m yet to see a server so quiet that there are zero runs, and no players who would be interested if you started a run yourself. If that really is the case, and there are literally zero people other than you who wants to do that dungeon or elite quest, and you cant get friends or guildies to join, I’d argue that boosting is the solution we need and that Blizzard should hurry up with the 58 boost.

Of course it might be, if you turn on Questie and before even reading the quest, you hit accept.

you do realize you are the abnormality when you are playing on what is either a roleplayer or pve realm?

What does any of this have to do with realms?

your realm choice reflects your behaviour. in your case you probably prioritize goldshire erp over end game

I think my realm choice does not have to do anything with you not enjoying the leveling experience of this game. Maybe you should choose another game if you don’t like it. Also you truly show your intelligence by your toxicity.

I wouldn’t be throwing toxicity at others when you seem to be hating on people who enjoy the game differently than you do. People pay their own subscription so should be able to choose which way they want to level. If they have friends to help them boost a dungeon, or paying someone. Does this effect you in any way ? I don’t think so. It just means you’ll have more people at lvl 60 to do content with :3

you legit started this thread by writing your manifesto against people that level differently, don’t start calling others toxic in the same thread, hypocrite.

Yea i’m certain there can’t be a correlation between playing on a RP server and prefering RP elements of the game.

Sure what ever. In that case Blizzard should offer an instant level 70 boost in TBC, just because people enjoy the game differently. Hell, might as well add store to buy gear, mounts and pets.

You can’t jump from someone getting some help in deadmines for example, who still invest time in the game, learn their abilities and skills to an instant boost or a store in classic or tbc. Your thread isn’t really anything more than a waaa play the game my way because I said so waa.
