Firstly; grps are made in the LFG channel. aka /4.

this /5 (/world) is a completely new private chat room, but people THINK it’s public as it is called world? am I close?

Horde of Shazzrah have the same, World channel. I cant even read what goes in there since it is a spam fest. I only log in that channel and LFG when i form a group and then leave them.

Actually layer swapping was not implemented for such things, but for group of people to be in same layer, you asking to swap layers is abusing of this system , nothing more.
