Learning through a painful process of failed jumps that human female character models has a harder time successfully jumping in the Mara 300+ pull.
I regret my choice to go female, but not enough to re-level.
The chance of Blizzard introducing barber shop / paid gender change is probably close to 0. Is there a way for me to access the male character model during combat?

I found that having high FPS makes some jumps harder, maybe limiting your FPS to 60 (or even 30) could help you.
It helped me on my SGC farming journey.
Maybe this is a silly suggestion but could the Noggenfogger Elixir perhaps help with this? The skeleton model in no way resembles the human female one, it might be better at jumping 
So you want Blizzard to change a fundamental part of an RPG game because you can’t exploit 2004 game mechanics to farm gold?
Why not ask Blizzard to just mail you the gold that you are so entitled to farm instead?

There is no such thing as female in modern, 2025 WoW. I assume you chose Body Type 2.
And no, you cannot access Body Type 1 when in combat.
Can I sound any more dumb? I probably can’t.

if you go to your options, turn on Foreground FPS, and set it to a maximum of 120fps
that should fix the problem, it did for me
other than that, you can try to use a elixir of giant growth
