I was playing wow but i suddenly got disconnected and my account got suspended for 7 days .Why my account got suspended ? I did nothing wrong or violated blizzard rules.
Can you remove the ban?
Read the email and see what reason it gives.
In their email they said bc of language but i did nothing wrong . I only adv for WTS KEY like everybody else in trade chat .I’m sure i got banned bc of auto report system
You can appeal through customer support.
Just fyi posts such as these are against the rules.

I already open a ticket but it will take 1 day or more to get an answer,last time it took 1 day and half for an answer

I was using trade chat saying;
WTS +10 (40 k only!) but this is not against blizz rules . Using trade chat for wts is a regular thing nowadys their is plenty of pp using it for advertising thier boosts
I mean they’ve been temp banning people for wts in trade chat.

Their is plenty of pp using trade chat to advertise their boost since years now and they didn’t do anything for them.THAT IS NOT A VIOLATION OF BLIZZARD RULES, EVERYBODY IS DOING IT.
Haven’t heard of temporary suspension for doing that in trade chat. Did you have a group in the group finder advertising that?
Must have been automated system if you was just using trade chat.
I was using the trade chat , i got banned for no reason,i’m sure it’s because of blizzard auto ban system after a amount of reports
Normally if enough people flag you you’re silenced though, not banned for 7 days. Unless there are other violations before that.

How frequently were you posting? I expect that you were reported by other players for spam.
I was posting average 5 or 8 times per min

If you got banned because of language, it may have nothing to do with your key ad. So I suggest you tell us the truth ?
Just because some people do it doesn’t mean it’s not forbidden, advertising is literally a choice in the report tab.
Been reporting everyone I see advertising in LFG too, I’m trying to play the game, not get spammed for boosts everywhere I go.

That sounds like a lot to me, but then I play on a realm with maybe one boost ad in trade per day, so I dunno what’s common on other realms.
However, if the email said it was for language, then that suggests it was something you said elsewhere - e.g. in party chat if you’ve been playing with other people. Your best bet is to wait to get a response to your ticket so you can get more info.
Advertising is against TOS if you do it on the LFG tool. There is no rule against advertising in trade…
