Same problem for me, this is literally not my first sub but im still restricted. How blizzard even imagine playing wow without trade? Completely clueless.
Did your devs team answer when they will be able to deal with the “incorrectly affecting Classic Era and Hardcore realms”?

Funny that i got rejected for refound.
Sold me product with one condition than changed it that way, so it is unplayable now and saying that it cannot be refounded

My refund was refused for this reason.
because i already consumed gametime of it.
Anywayz, happy news that the developers are aware of the issue after 4 ENTIRE DAYS.
And a hotfix should be a Hot-lava-fix with lightning speed implemented.
Today is another day of paying and not being able to play…

Well, what can I say. I have received a bug that prevents me from using the auction, trading, and emails. Thank you Blizzard for being so dismissive of the players. Is this your official position? You can’t beat bots, bug unions, and so on, but it’s okay to throw ordinary players. No other company does this.
And let’s look at a specific case to understand how you work with people.
My account was purchased 3 weeks ago. Just to enjoy a new phase with friends, run around, play. So what awaits us at the start?
The first night, I knock out an epic axe on my rouge and… it costs 900 gold. Good luck! I’ll sell it and get dressed, I told myself! That’s nonsense, Blizzard said. I can no longer sell / give it away because of the restrictions of the auction, mail, trade. Thanks! It is no longer possible to sell and dress the character. Yes… Rouge on LVL 50m in clothes that he knocked out himself… and how many good clothes can you wear if your character can’t buy anything? All raids are cancelled immediately. Without clothes and consumables, you’re just the bottom and no one will take you anywhere.
But Blizzard thinks about its users, right? they promise that you will be able to use everything normally in a couple of days. A couple of days have passed and nothing has happened. Now there is a new restriction introduced retroactively. About some 30 days of the game. Pancake. How do I play a new character? Wait until 30 days have passed and play on the 31st? Don’t you have enough subscriptions? Is that the case? There is no justice in this. If I knew, I’d go play tarisland.
But I’m not interested in that either. Tell me. And for what, in fact, is the restriction imposed? According to the principle of randomness? Thousands of people are complaining. 4 days without using AH or being able to trade, I have hardly any room in my bank or bags this is terrible.

I hope we get any kind of compensation. 5 Days without trading and everything dropped so much. i found an epic bow worth (and sold i checked) for 300g now worth 30 g. With all the rest i had to sell to vendor cause of missing bagspace i lost an insane amount of money. Worst part is that i play with friends and they all made +/- 1000 g in this time…

How is this intended on Season of Discovery? I was able to play the game normally for over a month. Then I purchase a year because I like the game and now I’m banned for 30 days? Because I paid?
If this is actually intended, and I dont care if it helps fighting the bots, I will never play the game again and adivse others to do so as well. This is rock bottom customer treatment. I will also try to get my 100€ back in every way.

In other words this has not high priority then if i am to assume correct. I want some more elaborate answers why this isnt being fixed much faster.
Can you forward these questions to your higher bosses/superiors
So this 30+days restriction for new players will stand then and will not be changed?
Do you think these 30+days restriction will make new players wanna play?
Have you even thought about the consequences this sudden change does for new players joining?
From what i can gather from looking on your Subscriptions i cant see anywhere where its says that your account will be restricted 30+days until you can use Ah, mail or trade
Then i want you add this under your Subscriptions when you buy it how else are new people to know that your account will be restricted 30+days
Also thank you very much for making it clear then you wont do anything about it. This has now killed my joy for this game.
I thought a company couldnt get worse than EA but this company is really even worse then EA and that says alot how bad this is.

This is what I got as an answer when I submitted a ticket for the issue, with information about me being on HC Classic, characters not being self-found, and having tried waiting 12 hours after logging off;

So first off, does your GM’s not read what people write in their tickets?
Second, how about not closing a ticket as resolved when it should be quite clear that the issue is not resolved?
Third, my answer makes me wonder which one of you are correct about the restrictions affecting Classic/Hardcore or not.
I would like to know if I should just unsub or not.
