So i created an account and subbed just to play sod with a friend, havent played wow in ages nor had access to my old account. Never stated in the ToS that i would be in this cuckold-mode for any period of time.
If this isnt resolved i will make my best effort to spread these news of how people are actively being scammed by this company.

What if I’m playing hardcore? Not touching season of discovery. The reason why you need trading on hardcore - is saving your gold by sending it to your other characters, and purchasing from auction better gear for the next run.
As I understand I have t o pay 30 days, wait, after that pay again for the next 30 days, and get full access?
Correct. I am contacting the bigger newsoutlets of the gaming industry, perhaps this can put some pressure on these scammers.

This only kicked in day 2 of phase 3
This restriction only applies to Season of Discovery.
There is no hardcore SoD server (if you have activated solo-self found on a hardcore character, this would be a choice that you made when creating it, and you can always deactivate it if you wish to stop).

You are aware that this is basically telling people interested in trying sod to simply not?
Is there any way to refund my purchase of a sub? because i feel that blizzard mangled me in the behind without asking for my consent first. I did not sign up to pay 15$ for a demo.

Hello. I have been paying the subscription since February 24 and I cannot trade or use the AH.
Im the same, i subscribed again after a long time for the sole reason of playing SoD and now i cant do that properly!
Would NOT have come back if i knew this was the case.

Im newly come back from a big break i played wow last when Wrath of the Lich King was out.
Currently playing on Wow classic does this restriction apply here to?
Had no problem with this until latest patch that came out.

I have never activated SSF. All my characters are restricted, this issue occurred right after big update… I’ve played for few weeks, everything was great (exept I slaid dozens of my characters 
).
And now looks like my account is bricked and there’s no way to fix it, and just wait few more weeks, to start using full game features…
Damn it’s such unfair for a newcomers…
But thanks for at least this responce, because for the past few days this silence was the disaster. At least I know now that for the next to weeks, my account is restricted.

Thats must be kidding. Bonedrummer said he has troubles in HARDCORE(He hasn’t switched on SSF mode while creating character. Its clearly understandable in his message)
Blizzard whats wrong with you? You’ve just changed the rules without any warning or blue post and made big ISSUES for people playing this game not only on SOD. People on ERA/HC have the same troubles.
