Active game time is required in order to play (after subscription)

Hi everyone! I submited a ticket for this problem but i was hoping to get some faster help here.

My subscription ended yesterday and i just subed for 1 more month after paying i got and email from Bliz confirming the transaction and the game time was added to my account but everytime i try to login i get the error refered in title.

I only have on account, and only play on EU region. Apreciate any help. Ty

maybe it takes a while to update? never had any issues like this before but i highly doubt anyone here on the forums can help you if its a payment issue. just be patient and wait for ticket. or maybe try to call them.

Make sure you are logging into the correct account, people do try to log into the wrong one and if it is the right one try logging out of the app and back in.
