You could also just make all of them drop at once at like 0,5 % drop chance for all I care.

Are you even reading what you are replying to? Bis lists changing because you dont get different armor types, its getting gear that is worthless on you because they carry the wrong stats but would be a huge upgrade to someone else in the raid thats absurdly frustrating.
Completely delusional. People care waaaaay more about the gear itself than some arbitrary “correct” way to get it.
Pugs are completely messed after this change because there is no way of punishing people beside straight up kicking them, and gl finding any replacement without the promise of recieving full cut.

Some mail pieces would be good for Rogues and Ferals, are people frustrated that they can’t equip them? No, It’s accepted that they can’t use them.
What’s the difference if Plate wearers could not acquire leather pieces? In principle, it’s the same.

Yeah your saying somthing might be itemized crap for one plate wearer but ok for another and your wasting upgrades withint the armor type because you cant trade yade yade
Just adjust the droprates for the attrition of items going to people that dont need them

Classic gameplay is fun, me having to play perfect just to get the same parse as a baboon that bought full bis in the second ID , is completly dumb.
It’s not about the naked players. It’s about the players that buy most or all of their BIS early and the split raids that speed gear their raid for parse runs. The whole Unholy DK stacking, which let’s be real -is just brute forcing prog, would not be possible without funneling gear in split raids.
I’m talking about the funneling, not the boosting. I’ve already said in both systems boosting is possible to a degree.
Cataclysm is what you’re looking for, GDKP has nothing to do with it.

If you think your logs Are green cos of gdkp then i have bad news for you. If you guild or w/e doesnt funnel gear to you and you want to do logs then youre probably in wrong guild. They might be better but taking power away from Warriors and Rets and reverting the buffs Rets, Warriors and Ferals got might even result in a more balanced game.

Both specs are still garbage compared to warlocks, mages, hunters and death knights. How exactly would the game be more balanced?

Nothing has changed in terms of game development since Jagex butchered Runescape (and even went reverted their butchering). Blizzard already tried forced personal loot in retail; it isn’t a popular system.
You know how Blizzard can tackle GDKP? By getting their fingers out of their backsides and moderating their game. Nobody loses there.

Nah. it’s not that I’m parsing low, I’m parsing as high as players, that play suboptimal in full BIS, at the start of the tier, that’s all.
That implies I’m not abusing funneling myself, you can see that something is fundamentally wrong and still take advantage of it.
I don’t want to have to resort to funneling myself gear in a gdkp just to not feel like I’m sweating more than I must.

I know it’s not popular and it’s against blizzards’ monetary incentive. Still would be the best thing for the game. Just ask the people leaving the game why they don’t enjoy it anymore.
They currently SIM 1 k behind fire mage without SM and 600 dps behind Affliction. Balancing them around the 3 outlier specs, which IMO you could also kneecap is also not balanced.
Id rather have 19 specs closer to each other and 2 arguably 3 specs be broken, than 5 specs being broken and 17 in the mess.
