Add gladiator to Shuffles

The truth is, rated PvP would become infinitely better if they removed 3rd Party websites such as CheckPvP, drustvar etc.

That way you can give each person applying (who has a similar rating to yours) at least 1 game to prove they can play good.

A lot of people don’t get invited even for 1 game to prove they can play well, there are also players who literally cannot push because of the lack of people to queue with.

But the truth is a lot of " Multi Gladiator " players are actually not as good as they think they are. I’m not talking about the people who bought illegal boosts with money for their titles. I’m talking about the people who got most of their Titles during a season where their spec / class was beyond broken.

Do you look at a S1 Ret paladin with a Glad mount with respect? I don’t
Do you look at a S4 Outlaw rogue with a Glad mount with respect? Hell no LOL

I have like 2 people that do PvP on my friends list
Always had nobody to play with and it goes against my personality to try to get in with the crowd in communities guilds and discords

The vast majority don’t prefer the Shuffle format.

The vast majority prefer not having to search for people to play with / finding such which leave after 1 loss.

If you could log in and instantly start quing 3s with a premade group of friends, you would never touch shuffle. Ever.

I beg to differ. Looking at games played over the last 72 hours in US and EU shuffle has more lobbies than 3v3 has games. Meaning for every 3vs3 game there is 6+ shuffle rounds played. I would hardly call that “the vast majority dont prefer shuffle”

I think theres a lot of people that que 3v3 and never goes in to LFG, i would be one of those people that play with my friends for fun whenever they are on. We hop on discord and get some arenas going

ofc it feels better, because rating is irrelevant and we just play to have a good game. And if we manage to play a good game then rating goes up, if we play like bads then rating goes down again. thats how it goes sometimes you know and we have fun for hours

we had 3vs3 format for over a decade now. most people dont have friends left that play the game, so ofc they gonna prefer shuffle. you log in, hit queue button and can play.

i never said shuffle is flawless. ofc it has its problems and could be improved. but for me and for a lot of people it is a lot better than normal 3s. i havent touched 3s seriously since my friends quit in legion.
so i am really happy that shuffle gives me the opportunity to play alone and reach my rating instead of going through the hussle of finding players in lfg and then face meta comps all day.
