New UI while it has some issues it is usable unlike the old one, add it to classic
just like some other quality of life changes like mounting while swimming, M+ etc.
content should stay mostly the same, but take some good parts that improve game.

UI is just betters and reduces the need to get addons on retail as dps its enough, and WotLK is kind of dead atm as there arent enough people to run raids without pugs and dungeons are easy and worthless

Sounds like an addon skill issue. Next please.
Maybe such “non-classic” UI/ QoL changes could be added in their own discrete tab in options ? So that they could all be grouped together for convenience and players could choose if they want to use them or not.
Of course, this would depend on what changes these are, and how much their implementation could hurt the Classic experience or penalize players who decide not to use them (like how some addons are “required” for raids etc)…
The classic interface is easy to use and navigate while the new retail interface is plagued with confusion. Then add in professions interface… it just a big mess and at least one reason I’ll never return to retail. let’s hope and pray that these types of retail “adjustments” never make it to classic.
