Observational comedy.
You were right!
And Sindri, I can simply assure you that never in my life I have someone laughs like that. When we write it, it’s just “Hahaha” (or “Ho ho ho”, but only if it’s Santa Claus.)
you never met a french villian before?!
hah kiddin’ say, when are you around so we can do those achievements?
At this point, we probably should trade Discord or something rather than take rendez-vous across several threads haha. And I can be ingame in like, 15.
ye, lets sort that out.
Perhaps i should start a small pet achievement/trade community in general.
I’m somewhat glad to hear not only Horde ‘’suffer’’ a very one sided faction style. Would love to see Silvermoon re-designed, like Dalaran or Suramar. At least Suramar as that too, is a magical city filled with elfs. The lack of details such as flying books, shops, food stands/market, open houses, casuall resturants, citizens… Heck, they even have a school and a playground for the kids… overall I think it just make the city less appealing. It does not kick my inspiration like said city’s… so I go to other places to find inspiration and magic!
All in-game cities are inferior to Suramar. That’s just fact. It is the ONLY on that actually looks and feels like a city, rather than a meta-convenient cluster of buildings and utilities. Even Dalarn, due to its massively reduced scale in-game, is underwhelming.
If Blizz ever have an attack of 'Doing things properly, they should 100% rebuild the remaining capitals from the ground up, to the more realistic (yes, I realise the irony) of Suramar.
same I also prefer my capital filled to the brim with mobs literally everywhere.
Well, yes. Architecturally/layout wise, I should specify
Then again, it’s no real surprise; Blizz have shown their inclination for ‘mobs every square inch, literally anywhere you want to get somewhere’ for years now.
Especially around herbs and ore. Fighting at least one mob is mandatory for each pickup.
Dont forget, if leaving a mission area, especially if there is a boss mon, every single pile of trash you had to kill on the way WILL have respawned on the way out, for mininal gain over maximum frustration.
At which point I cast Invisibility, send in the voidwalker and run for it or some similar brilliant feat of tactical aptitude appropriate for my currently played class.
I agree except that I now believe Boralus is probably on par with it. That also suffers mob problems, of course, but also not as bad.
Boralus is like playing in a different game than World of Warcraft almost. The art team knocked it out of the park there. Kul Tiras and Zandalar are just holy-crap-looks-gorgeous zones. Except the Troll city… TO HELL WITH THAT DAMN CITY!
Better than Silvermoon, and forever will be.
I feel Stormwind is a good pick too, when it comes to how a city look to be fair, and that is… vanilla content? and they did change the city not once, but twice already to my knowledge. First in Cata then in Legion. Same about Orgimmar tbh… so why not the others too? I have seen Boralus, which is not even close when it comes to mob problems compared to Suramar. It just make me want to RP there so bad… damn it Blizzard!
Ok, yes, I do like Boralus a lot too.
Stormwind, though? In dire need of a texture overhaul. And be gone with the sill, colour coded roofing, or at least desaturate it a bit and make things blend together a bit better.
Probably an unpopular take there, though.
This, but replacing Stormwind with literally every city from the pre-MoP era. They are all so terribly dated looking compared to Suramar or Boralus.
Blizz: We’re going to move all the focus to these new cities, so that players don’t get confused!
Nothing to do with even Cata stuff looking over a decade old, inferior visually in every way, AND reminding people that Gear Vendors used to exist…
I just heard heresy from miles away.
This won’t do at all.
