After todays update 1.15.7 we now have a Shop link in Classic.
Does that mean we can finally buy character transfers again? or even better: account transfers?
Or did Blizzard again spend their valuable time to implement something completely useless and ignoring all the broken stuff?
Possible.
Impossible, all BNET account transfer options are entirely removed. Though license transfers within the same BNET is not something unlikely tho.
That was what I meant - transfers of characters between account (?) on same BNET. Was hoping for that, my accounts are a bit messy 
They just moved the shop to a more visible place - nothing new here. Only that placement … get it back to where it was. This is vandalism!

Speaking your mind here - and showing how very limited it is in understanding how minds of others may work differently and enjoy different things.
For instance I reguglarly snap a screenie of my HC character, upon gaining a significant level, or getting a major upgrade - now I have that ugly shop-bar over their faces.
So they added the new Shop in Character Selection Screen and now what ? can we atleast get any info what’s coming or what is the purpose of that ?
Probably services, like character migration. May be token some day.
Token = instaquit.
No Tokens for Anniversary but they should add paid Name and Gender service nobody gets hurt with these services.
