The question is, whether it should be fixed or not. It’s Classic after all. We asked it without changes.
Simple comparison: ordinary player can’t see enemy casts. So he’s in disadvantage when fighting someone with castbar addon. Should it be fixed? I don’t think so.
Pure decisions are always welcomed to be fixed.
I have no idea why it would do that. Works for me. 
You need to put code snippets in corresponding markup. He’s copy&pasted your snippet and got wrong kind of quotation characters.

This makro is a decent solution for at least some players.
You know this won’t change in the near future by Blizzard (I don’t know if they would address similar issues in classic at all, as it would be a massive change to how it was back then).
I agree this should change (needs to change), but let’s be realistic, if this makro gets spread this kind of abuse at least gets less drastic (because a part of the players can work around).
I don’t care if YOU sell your stuff, maybe your auctions would get tackled in a different way if the auction house UI changes. But I would love to see a functional UI.
If I need to watch out for my money … yes.
I made some insane deals on the auction house since classic launched with bidding.
With you not accepting any help but an unrealistic change by Blizzard, you come across as hysterical to me.

They have a scummy behavior, you are knowingly breaking rules and willingly offending people. They are bellow what I would like as community standards, but you are going even lower.

Suddenly I discovered even better macro.
/run SortAuctionItems("list", "unitprice")
This macro will order items by buyout per unit, rather than buyout per full stack.

I noticed a seller posts stuff with starting bid of ‘1’ copper and a very high sell bid (300% actual market price).
Then bid 1 copper and buy it all as anything it is you’ll make a fortune even when just selling it to vendor?
So I though I’m gonna mess his game, I started posting stuff at lower bids than his and lower buyout.
What’s lower than 1 copper? ; ) Both of those sentences can’t be true.
I think this is the part you are looking for:
He talks about bidding them higher to make his own auctions higher on list, not to buy out them
Just bid on his items once. Put it to like 10c or something. Other people as furious as you will swoop in to undercut his bid if the market is competitive.
You alone perhaps can’t outbid him, but 30 players can. Aside from that I can’t see what else you can do
