Who would expect the Defias Brotherhood to hide in a cave behind an old fisherman’s hut, huh? Or to cooperate for some good ends?
You still shouldn’t trust them… but they can put you on the right track if you happen to have common goals for a moment.
(I wanted to post this on Swiftriver… but apparently “new users” are limited to three posts in a topic… New users)
After an eventful auction, filled with very colorful bidders, we had an even more eventful… let’s say… “afterparty”. Some people were so passed out, you could believe they were dead! And we almost sold a very precious cat, but the buyer seemed to have a… change of heart.

On a very different note, we might be opening a Horde chapter soon… stay tuned.

Giggles in Thalassian.
Also looks forward to reading some great poetry sometime in the future…
The rumors say the city guard found two vigilantes fighting each other on the streets. But in the strangest twist, one of them delivered a lot of dirt on corrupt city guards to the commissioner, so while the guards started fighting each other, the vigilantes fled together. What a strange city…
Ah, yes, mental asylums. You’d think they’d be safe places where people can get healthy. Except when they’re for the criminally insane and the warden is a known mad scientist who ends up releasing a bunch of serial killers on you to get you off of him and his benefactors. Good thing he’s no longer in charge.
Who knew that a respected pandaren matron would have a side business of selling her own people’s children to human nobles like they were some kind of exotic pets? Luckily, as I’m told, her own criminal underlings caught up to her and they both killed each other.

The story says that there was an ancient human, as old as the human race itself, manipulating the criminal underground of Stormwind from behind the scenes. They say she was hiding in the ancient catacombs underneath the city, with a Titan artifact sarcophagus that could revive the dead. And that a group of vigilantes went in and killed her, and destroyed the artifact.
Those stories are obviously lurid and false. There are no creepy, ancient catacombs under Stormwind. And no human could live that long.

I can officially confirm the Tower of Krasha will be opening a Horde chapter. In-character, we’re the same organization, people on both sides working for the enigmatic arakkoa. In-game, however, we had to set-up a separate one and the game limitations will cause us to switch between the two chapters.
If you want to join the Horde chapter, the two best coming occasions will be:
- today at the Shattrath market, where we’ll have a vendor out
- the coming Tuesday at Rekkul’s Poisons in Orgrimmar’s Cleft of Shadow, at 8 PM.
Make sure to bring DiceMaster and TRP add-ons.

If you’re wondering why you might want to choose the Tower of Krasha above other guilds, here’s a couple of reasons:
-
We’re a story-focused guild. The guild master (that’s me) leads a continuing, overarching storyline about the exploits of our (NPC) boss and the troubles that always gets us into. And there’s always room for player-led storylines, which I would gladly engage in. (We keep planning the latter, hasn’t materialized yet)
-
We will accept many characters that wouldn’t be accepted elsewhere. Krasha likes it when his employees have unique backstories and powers. The only conditions are that you a) do not contradict Warcraft lore and belong in the setting, b) keep the power level below the grand heroes of the actual Warcraft, c) play within the combat system we’ve created.
-
Why, the atmosphere, of course. Who doesn’t like mad scientists and the morally grey things they’d have you do. I mean… if Sylvanas is considered “morally grey”, surely some small sacrifices for science are tolerable?
As Shadowlands are about to be released, we’ll head into a “season 1 finale” (anniversary soon!) and then continue from the cliffhangers left there onto a whole new season, where Shadowlands will actually be relevant.

The Horde chapter has officially been opened. While we delve into Suramar in search of some magic fruits for our boss’s research, we’ll start doing some social meet ups on both sides.
If you are interested in joining or seeing what we’re like and what we’re up to, the coming Tuesday we’ll be hanging out at Rekkul’s Poisons in Orgrimmar, and the next will be a neutral meet up for both sides of our guild at a place TBD.

The boss sent us to get a rare magical fruit from a slimy merchant, and of course the merchant just used us to get his dirty work done, and turned out to not have fruit anymore anyway! But no, I’m reformed, I should not be throwing people out of windows… or ramming their own arms down their throats… control, control.
When our minions went down those tunnels in search of the “Tunnel Snake” thieves who stole our fruits, it turned out somebody has already killed them before us. The same strange guards we fought before and more surprisingly, blood elves, including a particularly tough spellbreaker.
Long story short, the fruit’s gone and we need to find new sources, as well as tracking down the people who got in our way.

We had to go in search of those blood elves in Silvermoon. After meeting one sad, pathetic failure in the inn, who got us on the trail of another pathetic failure demon trainer. And then we got jumped by the goons of that magister. Turns out these sad sacks actually worship Kael’thas and await his second coming. Guess they should be saying third, am I right?
But now we know where they live and soon, we’ll get rid of that ridiculous cult.

I’m told the other minions finally acquired some of the fruit we were looking for. And took down some crazy blood elf who was trying to bring Kael’thas back from the afterlife? And they actually heard the guy’s voice from other side before the spell broke? Some crazy stuff.
And then my father started writing some crazy stuff where he made up names of dreadlords to make up some other name? He’s getting worse working for that bird…
They made a raffle to distribute the life-saving magical fruit. And they call me evil. But I must say, it is deliciously cruel. I am impressed with these nightborne. I thought they were all just prissy mages with way more arrogance than skill. Which they still mostly are, but their capacity for cruelty is impressive.
Anyway. We needed more of the fruit and we… got less than we needed. We had to share one with a man who’d soon turn into a facsimile of Xe’ra (after Illidan was done with her) and I was… persuaded to part with another one. And now I’m really pissed with the arcanist. Not because she’s turned our “friend” into an icicle and shattered him to pieces, but because she keeps getting in our way. And saying we get in hers.
I hope she likes the look of her guts. Because she’ll be seeing them soon.

With the little help of an amulet, empowered with the essence of a fire elemental, our minions were able to withstand the powerful magic of Arcanist Nasadra. And what a doozy she was. She thought that the arcan’dor cannot save the entire city in time… so she wanted to kill half the city outright, to save the other half. Luckily, our people took her down before she could enact her plan. And got the fruit we needed as a reward.

Nice evening. A retired warlock with a “skin condition”, a half-eaten courier and a whole swarm of undead murlocs and an occasional infectious zombie. And to top the evening off, we found a high arakkoa, of all things, in the middle of Elwynn Forest. Telling us weird, cryptic and ominous things about a shattering sky and a threat to Krasha himself. Whole world’s going crazy these days…
(In other words, not expecting the delay out of the blue, we delved into pre-patch story exactly in the same moments the delay was being revealed. So we’re now stuck in a time bubble for Elune only knows how long)

Hmm, things are happening. And they are strange. The mysterious arakkoa is only more mysterious. After he gave our people a brief history lesson on the origin of the loa who’s after us, a very sad story I have to admit, the tower was attacked by the Scourge, under the leadership of a troll lich. The lich flew away, but not before it threatened to find us no matter where we go.
After a lengthy fight with several waves of zombies, Kora Narash gave us his plan. It’s easy, he says. We just need to find the ritual that the Gurubashi and Drakkari used to steal the power of their gods, while another team goes off to kill the troll lich. Simple, right?

We came looking for da ritual and let me tell ya, mon, dat be a trip down da memory lane. Ol’ Bra’tan be reminded why he hate dis place so much… But noting beats learning ya boss’s big bad helped ya out when ya be young. And how he make a new pact wit’ dis naive young elf.
And we gotta keep looking… Da big bad loa mess wit’ our tablet.
