Yea, and all of us that want RDF would rather have it with ICC over not at all. Although given the speed of the phases, it would make more sense to have it at phase 2.
Any aspect can and most aspects should be addressed. The most important thing about the RDF is the group creation. Anything else is secondary and adjustable. You pretend like these changes are impossible, while they arent. With adjustments, nearly all of the arguments against RDF are solved.
Ok but just to be clear. You guys are lobbying for the implementation of RDF earlier than ICC, right?
They want it at release because “that is how it was (on their Pservers)”.
RDF give extra rewards if you use it. I thought you did not want changes?
Even with players wanting it as soon as possible, how that a point against having it in 3.3.0 or even against RDF at all?
And the “no changes” is another strawman argument. Everyone knows that adjustments have been done since vanilla. RDF changes are primarily necessary if its released pre 3.3.0, because it was adjusted for a 3.3.0 environment. Anything else is a compromise for players not wanting RDF.
So you are fine with all the raids being released at the start then? Except for Ruby Sanctum that is.
RDF is a tool and comparable to battleground queue. It could be introduced anytime, it could be left out and no content would be missing. You are either a troll or just unable to see the difference between a qol feature and actual raids.
If I got to choose I’d like it at phase 2 sure. Game mechanics and game content doesn’t really follow the patches from old do they. I say that the game would benefit from it being in with p2.
But I, and basically all of us PRO- people, would be completely fine with it along with ICC. We simply want it in the game rather then not at all.
You are only here to argue. Not even worth responding to really. But I guess you didn’t know that the only time I’ve played wotlk was when that was current retail back in the days.
Now shut it or say something useful.
All your answers only has one purpose… to argue… so you might be better of just stop, before you make a complete fool of yourself.
Almost everyone posting about they want RDF is playing Pservers and some havent even played retail with RDF. So yea…
You dont like when facvts are posted? (Like the extra rewards and lockouts)
No PvP and PvE is two different things and not comparable at all. Or are you telling me that LFR is comparable to BG’s?
Ok so then you are a hypocrite.
I don’t mean that as an insult. More of an observation. Or did you make a mistake earlier?
Personally I don’t want RDF in classic, ever. But I can tolerate it along with ICC.
If the social aspect lost because of the RDF is so important to that many people, I think you will be fine with building groups outside of the RDF.
And if it’s not, there’s no reason to remove the RDF.
I will just quote myself:
RDF specifically give a huge boost to players who DO NOT organize a group and travel to the dungeon and plays together.
Just chill before we have to call out your nonsense again and you start to call us “cretins” again, until the mods give you a time out on the board AGAIN.
Lol yea ofc I am. I tried to explain why here:
We start from patch 3.3.5 mechanics-wise. Not from patch 3.0.2 as back in the days. All the game mechanics are already at where RDF would be.
So if I really wanted it as is I would want it from launch right? Which I do not want.
You just exaggerate stuff. That 15% boost is completely irrelevant in easy content and the bonus rewards aren’t that big either.
They could easily remove all those rewards. I don’t care. But if it was really about the rewards you would argue against the rewards and not against the RDF. You just dislike the RDF and now you cling to every straw, just so you can make up arguments against it.
Hypocrite and a straw man.
RDF was released along ICC. It has absolutely NOTHING to do with game mechanics and EVERYTHING to do with the social aspect of the game. I am OK with RDF along with ICC because that’s the end of the game so it would have little impact on the social aspects of the game.
Oh wow. Didn’t like that so now you change the way to try and debunk me? That’s me done with you…
I have never mentioned game mechanics or anything. That’s your straw man argument. Game mechanics have nothing to do with RDF and it’s YOUR argument and it’s a really bad one.
RDF was released along with ICC at the end of Wotlk. If you want it earlier then you are literally a hypocrite. By the very definition of that word.
