All Citrine Gems to Become Available Soon

No I’m saying skippers can activate the party buff gem without needing to wear it. Which means by using the ring you’re getting a benefit whenever anyone else skippers happens to proc that gem.

Does it say it does that ?

Yes, it doesnt say that it procs a random citrine gem of yours. Also you can see it in Details that it does.

Yes. Skippers rolls 1/11 every time it procs.

Skippers procs roaring 1/11 times, gives roaring effect to 4 people.

Someone else’s skippers procs roaring, it gives the effect to you.

Skippers procs 4+ times a minute hasted.

Equip: Your spells and abilities have a chance to cast a random Singing Citrine effect at 150% effectiveness.

I do not see anywhere that it says it can do that for party members as well, however there is another gem that can do this.

Yes. And it still does what he says.

My equipped gems were Stormbringer, Fathom and Skipper. The skipper procs ANY gem.

I can now confirm this after looking at the log, it procs any gem it wants to… and hilariously, it explains something that happened that had me scratching my head… Because, again, I was monitoring just the stats themselves, but at one point Zekki Boy spawned in…and while he was already unlucky enough to spawn in right when my Tyrant setup was ready sans 2nd felguard, he melted fast… really fast, and ran away when he had 75% health… I was like WTF?

Because the RIng also said" Not today, Spiderboy, eat this""… Skippers procced SKIPPERS (so 150% of 150%, augmented by teh bonus from fathomdwellers, so probably closer to 200% of 200%) which then in turn procced Thunderlords and just deleted about 20% of his total life instantly (+8 delve):rofl:

And as a bonus I finally got my delve loremaster becasue the Bountiful in Azj’Kahet was teh one withthe explosives that I hadn´t seen yet

But I´m thinking that this is possibly not intended behavior that it procs another skippers, or only very very rarely, otherwise it runs the potential of going haywire, similar to the way Shamans used to be able to proc windfury off of windfury off of windfury when teh stars aligned…

You mean Stalagnarok?

Step 1: Make a ring that’s pretty useless on release due to timegated gems.
Step 2: Backtrack on timegating when you realise people don’t want to wait weeks for the ring to become viable (who could have guessed!).
Step 3: Have the gems gated behind bugs instead!

I feel like I missed out, I’ve yet to try Siren Isle doing instead them Crates for 20th Anniversary along with the long task of attaining the Felcycle…

20 long years and we STILL get these kind of posts. Like think about it. Sit down and meditate about it. Let it sink in. Marinade yourself in it. Unbelieveable.

Don’t congratulate them. They receive the same, the exact same! feedback for ages and they still don’t do it. They only do it afterwards.

Are you going to fix the buggy gem drop event or just leave it for the new year? As usual horrendous buggy mess left for days and days.

As a company that turns over so much money NOT haveing devs on over a holiday period to ensure a working product is either malicious or amateur.

I heard this phrase since i came back in legion for every piece of content they did put out
they never really step into the right direction it looks like it but they always go wrong way

Aside of the insidious bug with Shuddering Hollow, I’d say the citrines are wildly inconvenient in many ways.

  1. Character-locked unlocks. I honestly have no idea why the unlocks aren’t Warband-wide. Having to go to a vendor, buy gems and mail them to the alts is less straightforward than unlocking them on the other characters. Discourages any kind of experimentation. Gems are warbound, Flame-Blessed iron is warbound, why keep that extra step?

  2. Vendor clarity. I mean, why split all gems between four different vendors? You shouldn’t have to browse several vendors to see if they have the gem you’re looking for. This wouldn’t be a problem if they weren’t classified by “origin” which is tremendously vague and counter-intuitive. It doesn’t need to be all on a single vendor: Could perfectly keep the three vendors, but with each one focusing on a socket color -for example Goblins selling Red, Arathi selling Blue, Earthen selling Yellow, and the turtle selling… uh, snacks?. Also, I think gems that are still undiscovered should still appear on the vendor, locked, to show what you’re missing.

  3. Confusing coloring. There are three kinds of gems, for three distinct sockets. Yet all gems are the same shade of yellow and only vary in shapes that aren’t indicative of anything… certainly, there’s a dim glow around the gem, but it isn’t noticeable at a glance. Would it be asking for so much to have the gem icons match their socket color? Or perhaps further highlight that glow, or the icon border, so that it’s easier to tell them apart?

Goblin sells damage
Kultiran sells healing
Dwarf sells stats
Tortollan sells miscellanious

I agree there’s no reason for 4 vendors, but they are grouped up.

For those still having issues getting the gems from the bugged event I tanked it at the back of the room and the gems dropped both times.

I did that and they didnt. Sadly every strategy, while all of them have “worked” for some people, also dont work for most.

Stormbringer’s Runed Citrine no drop wtf the boss is reset all time is bug
