Splendid. Can you also un-nerf the drop chance of the Torrential Fragments on the isle? We need 7 and having spent upwards of 20 hours in the storm phase I still only have 1 fragment.
Meanwhile people who went for the mount early, before the nerf, got it done in minutes to an hour.

Well, there was a patch download, but still no new gems.
Tbh dynamic flying on that island won’t work.

well what you just said is kinda irellevant because yes the stats are high and the itme level increases every week so its BIS
The ring is notably better than an equal ilvl ring once you have the right gems.
The issue was only those gems are any good and we had none of them.
This. For me on enhance, the all secondary stats, mastery and highest stat gems combined are stronger then equal ilvl ring. That combo is superior to any ring I have available to me currently.

Same my game did an update a few minutes ago and I went to check but nothing there. I also checked Angoria and Apprentice Tenmar but nada. Maybe by 9am ?
Yes they did by joining a group to share kills and spoils- took me about 20min. If you going to solo it then it is going to feel like it takes for ever. Not sure where you get they nerfed the drops though ?
Have you checked skipper over highest stat gem?
Overall it should equate to higher stat value. Have to check how much the mastery gem increases the value of the other gems. But I am sure the circlet will certainly beat crafted 636 ring.
The ring has 93% of the stat budget of a regular ring of the same ilvl, but one of the gems is better than point for point stats so you take 2 stat gems + the other one. The fact the ring starts at 642 and goes to 658 where other rings are stuck at 636-639 does the rest.

They’re not, they scale up once they’re part of the ring but there’s no tooltip for it.
Effects can be worth more value than stats, just the first 3 they gave us when combined aren’t. 1 of the effects is very good, and then the other 2 gems we use stats.
EDIT: Also the gems show as scaled correctly in game now.
Whether the ring is any good or not depends on your spec I suspect. With certain gems it can be bis

Well we all know blizzard and balancing.
I don’t understand why after proving even with pruned classes they still struggle with balancing, that we believe they will magically balance something more complicated next patch / expansion

Eyati when fully upgraded the ring will be your BiS and same for all classes and specs until early season 2
All the info is there, no idea why you are being so pedantic over it, you can not expect a BiS ring to be given day 1 of the patch.
