All saved UI layouts are gone

Just logged in for the first time since launch. UI is reset and all my saved layouts are gone…

I only use the Blizz stuff.

We’ve seen this happen to players who experienced the bad luck of getting disconnected while loading into the game. We’ve developed a hotfix for that specific scenario, and the hotfix should be coming to all realms soon. But the hotfix won’t retroactively recreate what was lost. It’s kind of unacceptable to have to redo your different UIs that you already spent so much time setting up. A real shame to have to do that instead of playing

Didn’t work, thing im more annoyed about is that everytime i restart my pc all my profiles are just gone

I re-made my profile in 40-50 mins and now its gone again, this fix didnt work

everytime i restart the game the UI preset keeps reseting to default and deletes mine
