Thats what u think but in truth and proven on the majority of the private server scene alliance premades have stomped the Horde. with the exception of Train cow on Feenix.

In my experience wen it comes to alliance, The faction lack the pvp spirit, I see alot of alliance players as much horde but alliance does not engage in fights, For wat ever reasons many people i have talked too in pvp server communities there just for pve content. I just wished we had the spirit to be more aggressive in pvp towards horde. But like i sayd, just my experience.
