She was cooler in Warcraft 2. But still quite good.

Hard to pick one. But over time most of the established NPCs go downhill anyway, imo.

Unfortunately True

She wanted to Genocide the Orcs in Warcraft 2. Are you sure?

You say that like it’s a bad thing

Hmmm fair point. Down with the Zug Zugs!

She has got the Windrunner Pox though. She was the Index patient “Ah must have stronk human man to hang on the arm of”

To be honest, the Windrunners are the Elven Kardashians. Utter trailer trash and copycat writing.

“Yeah, they say if you lick a budgerigar, you can fly!”
“Does that sound likely?”
“A Windrunner did it!”
“A Windrunner…of course, of course they did…”

“Windrunners are mad fertile, but only with human males”
“Really?”
“Yeah, stands to reason, Alleria and Turalyon had a kid!”
“Yeah and?”
“Yeah, and then Vereesa and Rhonin had -Twins-!”
“Yeah, but, Vereesa and Rhonin were not exactly -OK- were they? She was -very- young at that point…I mean -very young- as in in most modern nations Rhonin would be on an offender’s register and in prison young”
“Yeah, but imagine if Sylvanas and Nathanos were alive and have kids, I bet they’d have Quadruplets”
“And this is why the only good Windrunner, is one destroyed and excised from the system, and the authors who write them need a harback copy of Lord of the Rings dropped onto their heads from a great height going ‘This is not the only way elves and humans interact you plagiaristic idiots!’”

To heck with the lot of them.

I feel like most blood elves are trash with the exception of kaelthas and liadrin

That’s alright, let us fold you in our loving embrace as members of the Horde of greater standing than your refugee people who could not even hold their own homeworld…

Twice.

:stuck_out_tongue:

My problem with blood elves is their lack of loyalty, how many times has lorthemar said he wanted to switch sides now, the man is indecisive as hell.

Also draenei are intergalatic goats with spacecraft, us maghar didnt really stand a chance against that even with iron horde tech

I don’t know… Alleria tried to get them back on the Alliance, but he immediately rejected her without hearing her say a sentence.

He did want to switch, but it was a dire time under a horrible Warchief. Even the Darkspear wanted to leave

horrible is a point of view , voljin didnt trust garrosh from the start and he didnt even want to be warchief

Ehh, only the once, really, and lets face it, most Orcs had already bailed from Mister Garrosh’s crazy ride by that point. Every time Lor’themar has reconsidered he’s more like “Ehh, what’s best for the Elves” rather than “Bored of this faction now, hopping over!”

Yeah, Joking aside, I do think they painted the scenario of AU Draenor as a bit too wildly drastic, expecially as the AU Draenei didn’t -have- the same tech as the ones in the MU, Yeah, they have cool defensive stuff, and their Revenant type things, but I do think Blizz went a bit crazy with how overpowered the Mag’har were by them. Still It does mean I have an absolutely killer looking Warsong Orc I can RP on now, who looks amazing as heck, so I’ll allow that.

Going by the original text, it is actually Garrosh who kicks off on Vol’jin, before Thrall has even left the room. He was kind of pulling a Garrosh right from the start…

i still think if afrasabi got to write garrosh the way he wanted he never would have been made a villain, you see this in stonetalon.

I feel like blizzard writers always write their characters into a corner, i mean look at sylvanas.

id rather be a savage zug zug than a puppet of the light.

i guess ur used to that being a paladin though

I think I’m “okay” with most of the Blood elf lore Characters. They are well written.

However, Rommath gives me mixed vibes. On one side I love his whole Magister vibe and black hair, bro vibe.

But I hate his anger issues. He treats the High elves and Void elves horribly (as opposed to Lor’themar who was open minded) and he clearly has anger issues. So he’s horrible at diplomacy (in my opinion)

Thanks to him I’m happy to be exiled from Silvermoon so I don’t have to see him again.

Being mad at the void elves is pretty understandable when they betrayed the horde.

They get exiled first. Didn’t have a place to go. Alliance accepted them

yeh i think its pretty stupid they get exiled for using the void when shadow priests did it all the time.
