People go to Horde because (like me last week) noticed that it’s 1000x easier to get into any form of groups.
I pay my sub too, and I don’t get to spend the entire day like some people sitting waiting for stuff.
Has nothing to do with being sheep, it’s about using your logic and weighing up benefits over negatives. And you say about people going Horde, a lot less people would feel compelled to, if they were able to do casual things with the opposite faction.
You’re the type of person to do something without any regard of the knock-on affect things have, clearly.
This won’t fix any form of Alliance balancing issue, if not, it’ll make it worse.
Blizzard did it, not me. I just asked for it and by chance they shared the same point of view.
I wanted a solution for alliance’s problems, and that was a good solution for them. We have problems to find people in mythics, raid and rated BGs, but not for random bgs.
If you want to play with your alliance friends, not having chosen the easy choice.
You paid a transfer to the horde a week ago when it was long known that they were going to implement cross-faction in 9.2.5 but it didn’t affect random bgs, and now you are crying because you cant play Bgs with your alliance friends. So smart
Really tired of these immature “ReMoVe ThIs” type of threads. Just because -you- OP don’t like one facet of the game does not mean it should be taken from everybody else.
Im pretty sure they said this would be a thing and that if you for example were Horde, you could make it so only Horde player could sign up for your group or just Alliance players.

Premade Groups in the Group Finder listings for Mythic dungeons, raids, or rated arena/RBGs are now open to applicants of both factions, though the group leader may choose to restrict the listing to same-faction applicants if they so choose.
So Horde and Alliance can indeed play together using the group finder
They said you shoud name invite them on first presentation so I imagien that you need know who you invite, also this feature only works in dungeon so doing harder rares is also a problem. Try find group for Iska or Marzan on alliance faction on evening.
And the problem here is…? Horde bias has been going on since Classic, so it’s about time they actually did something massive to harm the Horde big time.
And what if I told you that the racials are actually very well balanced now, and alliance has some of the better ones? Hm? it’s just that most people are already at Horde side, and they arent gonna move.
That alone tells me exactly how clueless you really are. The reason people even went mainly Horde is because of the horrible lack of balance in the racials.
It’s incredible that there are people so blind they actually deny the very clear and obvious Horde bias lol
Right now it is the Community that have Horde bias, not Blizzard. Most Horde mains competing in MDI does so with Alliance characters due to the racials in PvE.
