It absolutely is… but if nobody reports a crime, the police usually won´t come racing to the scene, and apparently less than 5 people find his obvious racism to be offensive enough to report it, which doesn´t exactly put the community itself in the best light if it´s considered tolerable…

dude take pills. Why bring politics where its not about it even? Its always been like this that you couldnt play on eu server with russian client, not all people know english that well. He is allowed to play on EU, just has to play in english client game…you are so weird with your hatred towards russians that u cant even read the message

Well I somewhat can relate to you.
I started with Latin as first language and was supposed to have English as second two years later. Only we moved to France when I was 12 so I had to learn French from scratch as fast as possible while starting with English at the same time. Since everybody else already had two years in English… I had to make up for that too.
And finally I didn’t want to stop learning Latin. So I got private lessons in Latin “after” school.
Those years were busy indeed

I´m sorry that you can´t deal with objective facts like an adult, but instead have to infer some sort of political or xenophobic agenda and /or medical issue.
Furthermore, had you read for 30 more seconds before going into attack mode, you would have read that I already accepted and apologized formy misunderstanding of his intent.

Well, I did flag some of his posts but I guess it will only have consequences when many do it, and even then I doubt that someone in charge actually reads this dirt of him.
Like ingame, XXX reports and you go on holiday but only the number counts and not the evidence.

I can identify a dying civilisation and it’s many ills while still enjoying a select few of it’s fruits from outside of it’s rotting corpse. How’s the demographic distribution of nationality and faith of your 0-5 year old population btw?

Yes. Irl, if this guy was one I know, I’d “ban” him insofar as I’d ignore him and get out of his way. He and I don’t share the same opinion and since I find his trolling disgusting and against any netiquette he doesn’t deserve anything else but a ban.

Having been privately educated - we had a choice of two for our second language - Obviously firstly English - then either German or French. Latin was mandatory and makes learning Italian - French - English - Spanish - Portuguese much easier (I dont know about German I have always found it an ugly language, strangely enough as grating and akin to a Birmingham or Welsh accent, they try to sell it as a Romantic language lol, I can’t see it myself. Sigh if only everyone spoke English or French.)

The fact of the matter is that I have never, on this forum or elsewhere, said a single negative thing about russians, and yet you continue to attempt to paint me as a russophobe 2 weeks after I acknowledged my misinterpretation of the OPs request.

Who developed the internet? Or computers in general? What about Videogames?.. Or free speech, or the simple concept of paying people according to their qualifications? None of those came out of the (former) USSR, and nobody that was around for any part of the Cold War has any illusions that they ever realistically could have, or in the case of computers and the internet (Formerly Darpanet) that theoretically might have, that they would have never been something freely accessible by the general public and not just the Military Industrial Complex…
But of course I´m going to the one being prejudiced by saying that instead of parroting some revisonist history spew from RT and Pravda
