Good ol’ switch and bait when called out.

Go back to the Andrew Tate shorts.

It seems you’re doing the bait and switch. Who is Andrew Tate? A TicToker that you like?

Edit: Oh wow. I looked him up, that’s crazy. It also says he gains popularity because his fans bring him up everywhere. Which explains why you brought him up for absolutely no reason.

I guess Keento is a fan too since he got that you were giving him a free plug here. I don’t even know what to say. Why would you watch someone like that?

Except these people aren’t cheaters, so your argument is basically based on a personal opinion.

Also, I think it’s hilarious you’ve put yourself so high on a pedestal that you think if you stop using LFG, the entire system would break, because you’re the only tank in the game :joy: It would just be 3 dps with another tank.

I don’t mind the fact that this feature is being added, especially the rotation assist, as there are people out there who just smash buttons and don’t know what they’re doing.

But the 1 button addon is just a weird thing to add in my opinion, and I’m entitled to my opinion

I think they’re aiming towards a console launch to see if they can add those features, rather than make it easier for people with disabilities to be able to play better. Because think about it, why wouldn’t they add that sooner

I’d be interested to see how long the GCD is between the actions. I could then finally bind that 1 button to my whole keyboard and let my little girl play WoW for me o/

I don’t think it’s healthy, yeah. But my personal experiences have not lead me to hate obese people. I do however despise and pity people who drink exessively. I don’t condone ANY drinking in general, but can tolerate it if people aren’t getting drunk.

I don’t think you trying to switch focus is warranted.
They are two very different things with very different health and social consequences.
I think you’re just trying to make yourself feel better by trying to find another scapegoat. But you’ll have to accept the fact that many people will think you’re ‘not cool’ for thinking ‘getting drunk is cool’. I would like to use much stronger words, but you know… Forum rules.

LOL. Coping.
If you consider that more or less, then how about you give me 14% of your salary?
You’ll still earn ‘more or less’ the same, so no problem, right?

So is going out and having a drink.

Oh I disagree. I think it’s much much better now.
You can compare it to WoW. Vanilla was nice for the time, but now it’s just aged poorly in my opinion. Same with old Lego. There were some nice ideas back then, but the execution compared to nowadays was very poor.

I’m not into Lego Star Wars. And I love Star Wars in general. I just don’t see the appeal in big grey blocky blobs (which is what most ships are). But then again; I’ve never really been into vehicles in general, so not in Lego either.

I also don’t have nostalgia for older Lego themes, because while I did play with it during my childhood, it was quite early on so I don’t have many memories of it. It got replaced by Masters of the Universe, Star Wars, Transformers and that sort of stuff. That’s where my nostalgia lies.

I don’t hate obese people. I got fat as heck IRL for the lols tons of times. I was stuffing my face with pizza going almost bankrupt a few years ago.

I’m not trying to switch focus. They are both similar in that they are result of people chosing to consume stuff. Obesity costs the NHS more than alcohol does.

When I drink alcohol I chose to. When I stuff my face with pizza and get fat as heck, I chose to.

I don’t care if people think I’m cool or uncool. How they feel about me isn’t something I care about at all. I was just saying people do think it’s cool.

While I do appreciate the point. Your example falls flat on me specifically. I have a very low “salary” to avoid paying tax so 14% of it isn’t actually that much :sob:

I will concede I was coping though. This is the second time someone has pulled that data on me, I was wondering if it would happen again.

If this is for real and not just “stating outlandish stuff for ‘the lols’ or something”, that coupled with your previous comments about your drinking leads me to believe you might have some issues. No judgement, just; maybe it would be good for you to do something about it, for your own sake.

And people think it’s stupid.

Both are true.

I was into bodybuilding when I was younger so I’ve always had no problem adjusting my diet. Even when I don’t lift. Diet is very important in bodybuilding.

So the “for the lols” is because I was eating enough to gain muscle but not actually lifting weights. So I just got fat. It was funny but I got too fat and dialed it back.

Being fit massively increases mood so that’s why I always plug stuff regarding fitness. I think getting fit is one of the best things a person can do.

That’s fair.

I have passed on my LEGO set to my nephews.
all 35 set pieces from the 90’s that made up LEGO City…

If anything, the whole Space theme was my favourite part of LEGO.
Still remember fondly building this thing as a kid:

I agree. And not getting drunk is another. :kissing_heart:

I’m a bit older. I played with Fabuland and some of the classic Lego stuff like Space, Pirates and Castle. But yeah, to each their own. Space or sci-fi has just never appealed to me much when it comes to toys. Star Wars was the closest thing, but that’s very much ‘Space Fantasy’ and not science fiction.

I didn’t get ‘the Lego bug’ until a few years ago, with the release of the 3 Indiana Jones sets (If Lego was on my radar years ago, I might have bought the original Indy sets as well and got into it much earlier).

So yeah, this set is what got me into Lego and it has a special place for me.

I will not be getting drunk for the other dungeons. The 3 +12 I did drunk are the easiest ones to tank. ToP, Rookery and Mechagon basically have no route. Me talking about being drunk was theatre ignoring context.

There is a 0% chance I can tank Priory, ML and FL at +12 unless I’m stone cold sober.

Not always. It can be due to menopause, or medication too.

Here i just disagree i really love the classical set listed before as well as things like Arctic expedition / umderwater ones.

They were cool - now LEGO looks extremely generic

Sure I’m no Sith I don’t deal in absolutes. It’s the same with alcohol some people who drink alcohol are addicted to it and some aren’t.

I’ve never been able to get any addiction no matter how much I drink. I have to take full responsibility because it’s always me who choses how much I drink.

It is said that isn’t the case for some people and they have no control and even suffer withdrawal if they don’t drink.

Disagree, yes the kids sets are garbo these days, but there are some nice ones targeted at adult nerds, the prices for these are extreme tho, they know how to milk their fans.

If you keep doing it and haven’t stopped how do you know?

Addiction isn’t just needing it because it makes you feel ill without it, it can also be a reliance on it to help you be social if you’re an anxious person.

This is something that has affected me my whole life.

My dad would only drink outside of the house - binge session all weekend. Would come back and be abusive.

My grandparents lost their farm due to my grandfather losing one of his lungs, he started drinking and took my Gran with him by making her feel bad if she didn’t drink. They both got so sick.

My uncle - he also never drank inside but had a huge problem with drinking and drank so much he had no idea what he was doing.

My beloved partner - he started drinking because the stress of lockdown, he developed severe anxiety and couldn’t even make a phonecall without having a quick drink first. Turns out his dad is the same way. Turned out he was hurting from something terrible from his past he hadn’t told me for 20 years.

I got him through that, but he knows he can never drink again - once an alcoholic always an alcoholic. Remember it’s a disease that can quite often be heriditary.

If you have internal pain deal with it, before it deals with you. You don’t even have to drink a lot to cause internal damage, drinking a little often will still do the same.
