Hence why people are blowing this “issue” out of proportion… you’re not going to be seeing these people in high end content, no less than what we’re already seeing with low performers for whatever reason.
The one button thing is perfectly fine for casual stuff, be it leveling/questing or LFR.
I personally used GSE to one macro some classes just for the sake of using them for whatever event, especially during REMIX, and nothing more as I got no interest playing them beyond that. No one batted an eye nor cared, yet suddenly people are here because they became aware of it… 
“Issue” is a non-issue.

People will do this up to a +10, mythic raiding and 1800 PVP easily. This is cheating

If you say so… ignore the fact people testing it showing a 40-60% dps loss using it, but whatever. 
should be 200% dps loss.

It’s still cheating. If the game had hacks that were allowed it just means the ones that allowed it are morons.
It doesn’t change the fact it’s still a cheat.
Luckily most of the community is calling it out for what it is. Unless you’re disabled, you have 0 reason to need or use this. As an accessibility option, i get it. Still keep it open world/solo content though

You can. Just don’t use the Random Dungeon Tool. Only run Dungeons and Raids with people you know, easy.
But as soon as you go into public groups, you gotta accept everyone.
