Hey everyone. This week since doing Alterac Valley, I have noticed that I am not always receiving the three marks for winning, and even have not receieved a mark for a loss too.
I have no marks in my bank, none in the mail box, and at most have had 7 in my inventory when this occurs.
At first I thought this was the first battleground of the day as an issue, since my first AV today and yesterday awarded no marks. You can see the usual X Y Z creates x3 (or x1 for the loss) Marks in chat but you won’t have one in chat yourself, and you will not have any marks in your inventory (nor mail, I checked), you simply lose them.
In total, at least the times I have noticed, I am missing 10 marks and this has occured multiple times today alone, so the honour loss is really starting to add up. I have an open ticket ingame but wanted to post this to raise awareness. Double check after your AVs that you are getting credit, and I would suggest opening loot tickets if you are not, hopefully GMs will award marks that have not been correctly awarded.

It’s also happening to me, so far customer service just sent a ‘generic message’ back. Not really helpful

I had this in AB today, won 2 games and got 0 marks, but now I am getting marks again.

Ive lost 20 marks just today….
Here’s to hoping that the 8 hour maintenance will solve that hickup.
Still not working even after the maintance… just lost 3 marks on the first av I did.
Same issue here. I did not receive marks 2 weeks ago, and then opened an in-game ticket (they advised me to write on forums so Blizz devs could maybe take it into consideration).
Last week issues was “solved”, but since today, issue came back: randomly not receiving x3 marks when winning….

So this is happening as recently as today/yesterday. My ticket I initially opened was also replied extremely poorly with a very generic ‘log out, log back in, check in-game mail’ despite clearly labelling that I have checked mail in the first ticket opening message I did.
Escalating the ticket was useless also. Advising I submit a bug report, which I did way back on the 30th October, almost a month ago, and still the issue is not fixed. I’ve submitted a bug report for a different issue on retail way over a year back that still applies to this day, so don’t count on Blizzard fixing this issue, even if it soon adds up to a massive amount of honor for your grind.

Edit: I was even online and actively playing the game when my ticket was responded to, both times, and both times were automated answer backs with no live chat offered despite being available to message. Absolutely terrible customer service.
Still not patched. Just win 2 games, not any single mark… GG.
