Ambassador flamelash BRD bug?

You engage the boss, and sometimes there’s 2-4 large fire elementals come from behind. I am not talking about the lil tiny ones that are easily disposed of. I am talking large destroyers.
Had this happen 5 times now as a shaman.
Doesn’t matter if anybody is inside or outside the room.
Doesn’t matter if the totems are put in the square the boss is standing on or elsewhere.
After the first wipe on Ambassador Flamelash, it doesn’t happen anymore for that run.

I’m yet to try not using the totems entirely.

got told if you stay outside the room the two fire ele’s from upstairs will join the fight. dont ask me why and how, but that seems to be what is happening.
