I have the war campaign quest “Payment in Kind” to speak to Anduin in the throne room at Stormwind. He won’t spawn, regardless of what I do. I’ve checked through forums, wowhead and google and done all of the below which can cause issues or help;
I’ve deleted the quest, retaken and come back, not worked
I’ve reloaded and relogged, not worked
I’m already part way through the Black Empire campaign, at the stage to kill N’zoth
A comment on the respective quest in wowhead seems to have the solution to this. I took the liberty of checking out your character, and it seems like you will need to finish the quest line “The Kings Path” on the Broken Shore.
Just like it’s mentioned on the comment, from what I can see you never finished that quest line, which is causing an isue with Anduin’s phasing in the keep. If wowhead is correct, you left the chain at “A Walk to Remember”. Do that quest and the two following ones of the chain (shouldn’t take long, no worries) and Anduin should pase back into the keep for “Payment in Kind”.
