I would very much like to transfer my anni pve character to a server where I used to play allot before in era pvp server, where I am part of a community still. The today newly added free character transfer feature doesn’t allow a pve → pvp transfer! Why so?
Would you please make it possible, even for a considerable fee then. This is very upsetting. I want to keep my character in classic but I don’t have an active community in era pve. But I do in pvp Firemaw server.
Please Blizzard, make it happen, even for a very limited time and even for a fee then! Let me know, please.

+1 to this - the majority of the population on era servers are on PvP cluster so xferring pve characters to pve clusters mean you will barely get to play it unless you get into the handful of guilds that raid - Allow anniversary pve to era pvp please

I would like to add, like Thárátos (o with /) mentioned in a comment to antoher post: Anni Hardcore players are as well stuck in pve when transferring to Era!

+1 100% would make for a better experience, also please let people copy their existing characters for 15€ like last time! Why say no to making customers happy AND free $$$

As somebody who does most raids most resets, and often does ZG on 3 characters in a single reset on horde side PvE I can assure you that the idea of “barely getting to play” on on the PvE cluster is nonsense.
That said, I’m in favour of people being able to transfer to and from whatever server they like including classic PvE to anniversary PvP if people so choose.

The PvE cluster on era has historically been so low pop that its barely considered playable. Allowing transfer to the PvP cluster on era would mean actually being able to play era with our anni characters.
And like someone already mentionned in this thread, giving us the option for a paid copy instead of only transfer would be amazing!

I’m usually against it, but it has been 6 years since classic launch and nobody plays PvE on ERA so we can give a pass to the PvE soyboys and let them play with us.

Someone I know had purchased a classic server transfer years ago and had it still functional between classic era pve to pvp server! He made the transfer TODAY successfully with that old purchase (first from anni pve to era pve, then old purchased transfer from era pve to era pvp Firemaw server!)
If it’s possible to some people, then why not open it again to everyone else too?! This bugs me allot! Blizzard, step in please and open the transfer from eu pve to pvp for this time being also! I also read that it’s possible in the US servers atm, which feels even more unfair! Step in Blizzard, please!
At VERY LEAST make it a purchaseable option to Battlenet and make some money, please!

Stronly agree. We need an option to transfer from PvE Anniversary realms to PvP Era. If this isnt an option, even with payment, i think alot of people will quit.

What a massive disrespect to all the people that have invested a massive amount of time into their anniversary characters just to be denied the same treatment as 2019 PvE players. People expected to be able to transfer to PvP just as everyone did in 2019. I don’t care that it’s technically possible to raid on PvE, it is just objectively a worse raiding experience because having less choice in raiding times, guild mentality, loot rules, etc. is ALWAYS worse. Blizzard fix this.
