You know what sucked? When Classic was announced and it was 2 years away. Was ridiculous. It should be announced after Naxx.

I mostly look forward the announcement because that would hopefully spark a similar level of theorycrafting as weâve seen for Classic. I look forward to see if modern theorycrafting can surpass old theorycrafting in TBC too, the same way we did with Vanilla.
My personal feel is that theorycrafting didnât hit a âmodernâ level of accuracy at least until half-way through WotLK, but I might be wrong.
This isnât to say that I expect the difference between TBC-era and modern-era theorycrafting to be as huge as Vanilla vs Classic, but I think the difference will still be quite significant.
I would give everything for classic WOTLK.

je me 2 its the best one expansion⌠but i will enjoy TBC too. I love Classic all way to WOTLK, and dont release Cataclysm Activision ! ever!

Likewise, I do want to give TBC a try because I joined at the tail-end of it (and didnât really get to experience it due to still learning the game) but WotLK was the WoW I remember most fondly.
Playing a Death Knight, flying over Icecrown Citadel, entering the Grizzly Hills for the first time, my first raid (Sartharion 10man), Wintergrasp, entering Ulduar and being blown away by how cool it was, my first guild whom I ended up being good friends with outside of the game.
I know it wonât ever be the same, but god damn did I love WotLK.

Seems like a lot of people I talk to about WOTLK have great nostalgic events which occurred during that expansion. People meeting each other and having a relationship, people becoming friends for life in real life. WOTLK had something magical during that time.

I really want TBC and Wrath servers. But right now I am really enjoying Classic. So give us a couple of years of Classic first
