And yet once again Activision proved that they don`t have the desire and heart to make old Blizzard games great again.(they cant even handle the servers of 21 years old game D2R)
With the new updates and stuff they turn Classic into even more brainless and funlike private server.
(and Vanilla fans just ask for raids without world buff meta,world without bots and more control from GMs)

D2R is a clown fest, I am so glad I didn’t purchase it, I never purchased Shadowlands and wc3 reforged either.
Don’t get drained into the prehype, best thing is to wait a couple of months if something is actually good yes or no. Blizzard didn’t release anything good for years now so this was kinda expected.
They current devs don’t know the D2 server codes, they never bothered to ask the original devs from D2 about server coding. I think the same thing happend to wc3 reforged it was the same lag and DC fest.
There are multiple vids on youtube with original D2 devs that know coding and can actually fix the problem that never got called or whatever by Activision Blizz.
I still play D2 the normal version tho from 1998/2000.
