WSG Wind serpant meta is cancer.
PVE wise hunters are great pump dps but other classes needed for buff/debuff so it is good. Also current logs are going Rogue > Warrior > Hunter (but by not insane difference). I usually see 2-3 pumps per BFD.
Honestly the issue with hunters for me, if you not melee-weave they are kinda boring feeling too much like classic. Would always prefer in Phase 2 to go Paladin just because more stuff and more fun.
i just hope they remember to buff him later, because hunters have 0 skaling. My biggest problem is that they definitely failed with hunters, since it is pretty much the old hunter with more op pet. Flanking strike doesn’t feel like worth it to adjust your playstyle and lone wolf is unplayable
I think it’s okay change, funnily it hurts my lock main more than this Hunter.
As a whole I found this double dipping strange, so it’s more like a fix really.
You say that while complaining that your overpowered class gets a small nerf. You’re still playing an overpowered class in PvP and one of the best in PvE even after that.
I mean come on, the only way I can kill a hunter is if I can open with Hibernate on the pet while the hunter is semi-afk so he doesn’t see it soon enough, and if the Pet breaks out too early I still die due to the insane dmg. The hunter player itself doesn’t even need to do much at all.
The fact that you defend this proves that you are just a bad player, because otherwise you’d see that yourself.
A rogue or a warrior can kill you as easily as a hunter, but since you have a phobia of dogs and cats or allergies I don’t know, you prefer to cry like a little child over the hunter.
Not true at all lol. Both the rogue and the warrior need to be in melee range of me to do dmg, and they are just one target to take care of. It’s insane how hunter players are so delusional that they can’t understand that simple difference. I can root, stun or kite a warrior or rogue and not take any dmg.
In all the wpvp I did only hunter and warlock felt OP to the point where it’s impossible to beat them 1v1 regardless of how bad they play. I don’t have that problem with warrior or rogue at all, because they can beat me, but it never feels OP, simply because I always feel like I have a chance. With hunter and warlock there simply is no chance to win in most cases.
The druid is currently one of the classes that does the best against the hunter… The warrior and the rogue must arrive in melee yes, but the rogue has stealth, stun and does monstrous damage. The warrior once well stuffed is the same and with warbringer he does better than vanilla in pvp. So yes, the hunter remains strong in the lvl25 phase but only thanks to his pet, double the % of the Lone wolf rune, make it stack with AoTL and the hunter would still be a mop at lvl25.
Only the pet allows the hunter to be viable currently.

Whilst I do think Hunter pets need nerfed with a power transfer to the actual Hunter I think this band aid Stealth nerf is just ridiculous. It’s blatantly obvious it’s for PvP reasons and will only hurt hunters in Pve. If you’re going to remove the world buff then remove it from all classes in BG. It’s broken asf anyway in BGs with the movement speed buff that doesn’t stack on existing speed buffs. Shouldn’t even be in BGs end of story it just makes classes that have movement talents or abilities almost on the same level as everyone else because it pops before ever BG.
Seems like a dumb solution that will on hurt hunters in Pve.

This is needed. Nerf the pet somehow, tune the numbers. But give the hunterclass something back. Not higher numbers but things like retail disengage. Anything so we can do something instead off logging out if someone enters our deadzone and if pet cant kill enemy before we die… its stupid design…
