Nothing wrong about my statement, the Horde does outnumber the Alliance. You may end up in an Alliance dominated shard but you are way more likely to be in an Hode one. Remember bfa when wm was basically hordemode ? When the dev themselves admitted they screwed up shard balance ?
The fact that rp realms still get the 30% bonus is another thing completly, Alliance in AD never asked for it all they wanted is to not be sharded with other realms for rp reasons, blizz decided to leave them the bonus because they made it region specific and couldn’t be bothered (or maybe can’t at all, I am not a tech guy) change it just for rp realms.
It doesn’t take much to take control of the maw, I did it with like 10 people once. The Horde just never tried to push us out, 10 randos all from different realms aren’t going to form a mythic raiding guild. Not my fault if Horde has a wm participation problem in the maw.
