it replaces kill shot, its an execute its also a proc and cant be spammed all the time
its no different to Arms warrior spamming execute when they get a proc

Ye but execute procc is like warriors 4-6th DMG ability during a fight.
Black arrow does way to much, a procc/execute should not be top 1-2 DMG.
Actually I don’t get the design of execute, some spammable like this or warrior hit for million dmg and they are almost spammable, and sw death without deathspeaker can only be used at low hp and hit for 200-300k xD
But yeah not a single ability should be 50% of somebody dmg, it’s insane.

Of course he is, he’s benefitting from it. He gets to top dmg in the arena while taking no risks and playing arguably the easiest and safest spec in the game.
It also seems that BA procs much more often for BM compared to MM, not sure what’s the reason, but I saw a big difference while testing 2 specs.
Proc from aa is 20% for bm, from 8% for mm, + spamming kc is easier than aimeds
p.s. and yeah, bm is obv overturned, but to spit dummy nonsense about 50% is meh, its usual value in real games is 15-18%

Maybe his healer was just bad and he was on low life very often! BM hunters are completely fine, lol.
They are overtuned, I face BM hunters almost every 2v2 and 3v3 game and they do insane substain.
You can tell so easy when a class is overtuned, the fotm rerollers start to play them.
