Yes to the lvl squish!

It would also help low level brackets and low lvl /twink pvp(Yes twinkj pvp seperated but ucan still q with levelers there are ways such as unlocking ur exp ) with that being said i would LOVE to see Epic battlegrounds such as AV at low lvl brackets like the good ol wotlk days. give us bonus exp in certain bg-weekends back!
